First time I was there was a good experience. Very professional, quick, and informative. They also made it fun. My truck needs a lot of work and they will be doing it for me. Today I pulled up and Shawn helped me out. He showed me the problem and fixed it quickly. It could have been a really bad accident in the near future if he hadn't seen it. Thank you. God bless y'all. I will refer anyone who has a vehicle issue.

I called the 1st Ave N after been irritated by the Irondale - Oporto Madrid location, talked to Kirk, explain my service request and appt made with the other store, he was so kind and professional, and told me to come by and he will check my car. When I got there, he got to my car right away and was very helpful to tell me the issue of my car.

I’ve always experienced excellent service at any Express Oil Change I’ve been to, but this one specifically was a unique experience. I was so stressed out because my splash guard was dragging the ground and I didn’t know what to do. I pulled up and was immediately greeted by Voltaire who was so kind and helpful. He and his team got my splash guard reattached and didn’t even charge me anything. I was in and out in like 10 minutes. Thank you so much Voltaire and the Eastlake Express Oil Team!!! I will be back very soon. I’m in need of an oil change asap 🥳🥳🥳

Voltaire and the rest of the team here are always incredibly nice and efficient. I've lived in Eastlake for 3 years and I go to this location for everything. They've serviced 3 of my cars, the prices are always competitive, and I've never had a bad experience. Everything from tire changes to basic stuff like oil and coolant. They go above and beyond in silly situations, too. I recently purchased a used car, and I had the bright idea to swing by and have them take a look at it, top up fluids, just basic checks. And... I got centered, parked, turned off the engine, and realized that I had no damn idea where the hood release switch was in my new vehicle. I was just sitting there like an idiot. Now, on this particular day, it's not like they weren't busy. The guy working my bay could have easily gotten frustrated with me, but he didn't. We both had a good laugh and he looked up exactly where the release was, he *showed me*, and turned what could have been an awkward and negative situation into a pleasant exchange that I was pretty surprised by. I like this location a lot.

My son took my vehicle in for a oil change. We he returned home my check engine light was on, had no power & my transmission will.not go into reverse. But before he took my car in for a oil change nothing wasn't with my vehicle. Took it back all he said that it could be this or that but check your car dealership because they have had recalled on your vehicle transmission, but any recalled on my vehicle my dealership have notified me. So bottom line as he is telling me Marcus the manager at Express that's its the manufacturer & not them. As I can say is poor customer service from staff & management. This is the second vehicle that they has totally missed up.

Crazy High Prices. They charged my 80 year old aunt almost $50 each (Plus Labor) for spark plugs for her little 2012 Nissan Versa. Retail price for the same spark plugs at Local auto parts stores was around $18 each. They charged her $217 for the one coil they replaced (Plus Labor). Retail price for same coil at local parts store was about $62. Almost $700 for four sparks plugs, one coil and one gasket.

I had a great experience at Express Oil in Eastlake. I paid $55 for an oil change on my work van. I received excellent service from Jakendric.
