I came in with an urgent issue. There was something hanging from my car and I thought it was leaking some type of fluid. The team here acted urgently and resolved my issue in no time. The manager here, Korey, was super helpful. Would definitely visit this location again!

I can't offer enough accolades to Assistant Manager, Austin Church, at the Center Point Express Oil! I was disillusioned with Express due to some past incidents at another location but something told me to give them one more try. I'm glad I did! I went in this morning just needing some answers and a little assistance with something under the hood. Austin was consulted on my questions and went above and beyond with GREAT customer service, knowledge, respectful nature, and old fashioned kindness. He did it all with a Great smile too! I hope Management is listening because Austin deserves a raise! He definitely restored my confidence in Express Oil and saved a repeat customer as well!

The staff are always professional and calm, even when a car needing rear brakes immediately is brought in during a very busy and HOT Saturday. I trust their work and always call them first when a car problem arises. We even got the car back earlier than promised!

Reasonably priced oil changes and mechanical work. Been doing business at Center Point for many years. Jeremy the mechanic explains the reason for repairs and cost estimates are usually spot on. No complaints.

I frequent this location for all of my oil changes. They are always nice and friendly! Yesterday I was greeted and serviced by Tre and his pit man in bay 2. They were awesome, especially Tre! He was very knowledgeable, and attentive! Thank you all so much and keep up the good work but most importantly the wonderful customer service skills!!! I am elated!

How did a simple oil change turn into a slung rod and my son needing a whole new motor??My 16yr high school scholar trying to be responsible with his first car takes it to the Express Oil Change in Center point after school. He received the change later that evening the oil light and check engine light appeared and it’s making a ticking noise. By this time they were closed. First thing that next morning his dad ( who doesn’t know much about cars) takes him back up there to let them check this out. Kory the manager tells them pull up let him check it out. He does and states everything checks out with the oil change and says something about him needing a synelonode( I maybe spelling that wrong) we didn’t get that fixed that day, but takes the car home the next day. My son gets up to go to practice early and boom oils everywhere and he’s stuck on the freeway. Express Oil is the worst!! They do not want to take responsibility for what they did. Chris Holloway the district manager not helpful. This company come to find out has done this to people cars before. BAD BUSINESS; BAD MANAGEMENT. I will never recommend this company ever again!!!

I stopped to get an oil change. The guy with the bald guy with the beard, told me his name but I forgot it. However he was very knowledgeable and displayed customer service at the highest level.

The people at this location are very nice and helpful! I was told at another location that I need a new tire... the gentleman that helped me said, "Ma'am your tire just needs to be plugged." I will always trust this location!
