Highly recommend this location. Isaiah, Roy, Tony and others are GREAT! The mentioned guys helped me out in a bind close to closing (leaky tire valve). Appreciate them. Overall, awesome service with a friendly smile!!

We only take our cars to Express Oil Change on Hollywood Boulevard in Mountain Brook. Roy and his team always take great care of us! Yesterday, Xavier changed the oil in our Lexus and made sure everything checked out. Thank you, Xavier!

ALWAYS good. Express Oil locations vary WIDELY in quality. This location is great. Manager is always looking to lead, to greet customers and generally make things go smoothly. They have competent mechanics that can actually diagnose and explain issues. If they can't tackle something they'll tell you.

Xavier is an amazing technician. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me keep my spot in line and double checked that the pricing on my oil change was correct. He also tuned up a few other things without having to be asked and assured that all systems were go with my car.

This has been my favorite place to get my oil changed for years! It’s always been a quality team who is very helpful and trustworthy! They have been so handy at times for my sister and I even helping air up our tires or providing insight when needed. He provided a thoughtful list of recommendations, outlining important considerations and potential maintenance checks, without any pressure. I especially liked that he gave me a printed checklist to review. Despite the early hour and the rainy weather, Xavier's cheerful personality stood out, and his professionalism truly brightened my day.

Luis and his boss Roy were very caring and attentive their service. Fixed my vehicle in a heart beat. I recommend this place !! They are very sweet and hard working technicians. Luis was able to translate later on with friend who speaks Spanish and I recommend to go there. He was very pleased!

Corey performed my oil change services & he did an excellent job. He made sure I understood everything he did & he made me aware of some mechanical issues that I have going on & let me known how important one was over the other. This was my first time bringing this vehicle to this location, but they have a customer for life now.
