Worst experience ever at an Express Oil. I pulled up at 5:18, they close at 6. I’m thinking express oil change shouldn’t take more than 25 minutes. Tony asks me what I want, I say oil change. Huge sigh and told me they were about to close and my truck would take longer than normal. He walked around pouting me asking questions with pure frustration. I honestly felt like pulling off. Got it done, but they didn’t reset my change oil light. They don’t check any fluids. I will never go back! If Tony is a manager he needs some customer service training!

I am not much of a car girl, but I am fully aware of when i’m being taken advantage of due to my ignorance to car maintenance. At Express Oil Change I have never had this issue. I’ve been a loyal customer for years for this exact reason. As mentioned before, I don’t know much about cars but the gentlemen who work on my vehicle are always extremely patient and detailed. I am always aware of what is being done with my car and connected at every step. I was fortunate to have Jean as my technician today and he lived up to my high expectations of this establishment. He was so patient and very friendly which immediately relaxed me. Very good energy here and these men deserve to be rewarded. Thanks again Jean for your amazing service!!!

Went in to get a simple oil change and I didnt have to wait long, everybody was nice and welcoming, and they got me in and out in less than 20 minutes. Just moved to the area and will return here for my oil changes here on out. Special thanks to Javon for the help. Thank you guys.
