The best Express Oil location in Birmingham! The day before Thanksgiving I needed to get 4 new tires for my Mercedes-Benz before heading out of town for the holiday! I called ahead of time to get a quote, and then came in person and received the BEST customer service from Jeff Hines, the Store Manager and the entire Express Oil team! Jeff was very detailed and went over the various options with me and took time to explain them all to me. I ended up getting my 4 new tires, oil change, light bulb replaced, and tire alignment all done and the staff offered to drop me off at my home nearby so I didn’t have to wait at the shop while they were working on my car. It was such a nice gesture and the best level of customer service I’ve ever received! If you are looking for an Express Oil location to go, pick this location on 280, right across from Target! I had the best service!! Frank was awesome and very professional. They did a great job and even let me sit there and talk their ears off. Highly recommend!! The store manager Jeff went above and beyond to fix my tailgate. Tim also did an amazing job both times that I’ve visited this location!

I’ve had the best experience at Cahaba Park Express Oil Change, than I have at any other auto shop ever! Jeff, the store manager, goes above and beyond to explain the services to you, make recommendations, and ensure that your needs are taken care of. All of the mechanics are very friendly, efficient, and helpful as well. Definitely would recommend this shop if you are in need of car maintenance!

Had the most professional and positive experience at this location today getting my oil changed. The service was quick and efficient and the staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating. The manager checked my cabin air filter himself and educated me about a few things under the hood. It was a good learning experience as a young woman who knows nothing about mechanics of vehicles. Just wanted to leave a positive review and highly recommend this spot to anyone needing some services.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Tim and Dylan helped me out (and Jeffrey brought me a water)! They were so kind and helpful and made me feel completely comfortable. They worked fast, too! I think my oil change was done in a little over 5 minutes - no appointment necessary! They always bring a smile to my face when I come here.

This was the quickest visit ever! I came right in and everyone was so polite. Dillan was patient and answered all my questions. Definitely my new location!! :))
