Last week Ron and Conlee helped me out tremendously. I’d never been in that area of AL and my water pump went out on my Tahoe. I had it towed in and they had it repaired in less than an hour and a half. They played with my pup and gave me whatever I needed as I waited. A great experience considering the circumstances. Was great except for the fact that there was a 20-dollar off coupon I could have used and they didn't tell me about it kind of bums you out! Oh and I realize the location I used before this when it put regular oil instead of synthetic which this location changed it when I asked about it but they didn't offer me a coupon which kind of disheartening..

I went to Express today and was helped by Conlee, Tre, and the manager and had a great experience. Super smooth & took great care of me and my car as I was prepping to drive a lengthy drive back to college for the semester! Tre and the other guys there were amazing!! As a woman it’s not always safe to go to auto service centers without being taken advantage off, but these guys were different. They explained everything and were very honest and even help me with a coupon, absolutely wonderful experience, from now on I told my daughter that’s the only place to go to.

Wonderful customer service from Conlee! He made sure he took the time to ask about everything with the vehicle. He was able to get the cabin filter out that four other places that I’ve been to wasn’t able to get out. Wonderful work from the other member of the team for stepping in to help as he battle the cabin filter. Thank you to all those hard workers!

My low pressure light came on, so I drove over to Express Oil Change in Trussville so they could check it out. That's when Conlee appeared. He said that he would check all my tires, my oil, and all my fluids just to give me "peace of mind". Well he checked everything and everything needed attention. I'm glad he did because when I left there, I indeed had "peace of mind". Thanks Conlee.😃

I finally found a location in the Roebuck/Trussville area that isn’t creepy. I highly recommend this location to any woman. They aren’t pushy, threatening, or giving off bad vibes. They’re friendly, welcoming, and helpful!
