4/5 only because it did not take 10 minutes as advertised. Service was excellent. Randy came up to me quickly and answered all my questions. Did a great job at answering questions and explaining information. Loved having a Spanish speaking personnel.

Worst experience ever. Had an 8am appointment but my vehicle didn't get touched until 11am. Kept getting excuse after excuse. They took a lunch break while I sat waiting. They do not need to be in business at all.

Good only for oil change I requested to charge fuel filters to my truck and they broke the part and couldn’t repair it had towed to a mechanic shop and up to now they haven’t been responsible with all the expenses would not recommend for other than oil change

I need to follow up multiple times for payment receipt of the servicing done . They are unable to provide the receipts after the service is done . With out proper receipts of the service we cannot claim the warranty .

I would like to leave an amazing review for the guy who did my oil change, his name is Moe He even removed my maintenance required light that I've been trying to get off for over 6 months HE WAS AWESOME and very INFORMATIVE!!!! I loved his energy. I loved the passion that he showed for the work that he does.I would definitely be coming back. I give him a 20/10 Not only that, the customer service there was top tier with every employee including the manager.I would like to suggest everyone visit the take 5 on South Tryon. Those young men were amazing GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE by the way they deserve a raise lol Thanks again A happy customer

Avoid coming here!! I’ll been here few times for oil change and this is my second time for alignment and it was WORST!!I make my appointment at 12:30pm for alignment on Saturday, I’m sitting in the wait room for 2+ hours wasting my time my car still outside so I’m stop waiting and I have to leave without alignment! RESPECT THE APPOINTMENTS!! NEVER BACK AGAIN!!

I’ve visited this store at 5 times in the past 2 years, I’ve lived in this area and I just had the best experience. The new store manager Jeffrey is great!! Very helpful and informative. I made an appointment to get my tires replaced and they weren’t ready but Jeffrey made sure I was taken care of and my car needs were handled. I will be coming back for sure! Thanks Jeffrey!

I used to take my car here to get my oil change but last time I had gone the guy who had did my oil change didn’t put a gasket around the oil filter, I drove maybe 500 ft and had smoke coming from the hood of my car. That’s when I realized the car had leaked oil the whole way there. I called them back and they told me they were going to close and that it was late so they recommended to tow my car and they would reimburse me but I had to go to work the next morning and didn’t have time so I had to go fix it myself. I called the next day to see if they could just reimburse me for the oil and filters that I used to fix it and they just told me that they didn’t know who I had talked to and basically ignored me and told me that they couldn’t help or reimburse me. Now I just do my oil changes myself. Do not recommend.
