It was my first time and I can say I was very pleased with the service. I was helped by a lady named Maggie, she was very nice and was able to get my oil change done in a timely manner. I look forward to going there again.

First time at Express Oil Change and what a great experience! Didn't even have to exit my vehicle. Mike was polite, friendly, efficient and awesome! Price was fair and zero wait. Definitely will go back!

Got an oil change here, and I was really happy with the service! Draimon was the one helping me, he made the whole experience easy and took the time to explain everything. He and the rest of the staff were very professional and friendly. I’ll definitely be coming back here for future maintenance

I totally recommend this place. As a teenage girl a lot of places will try to upsell you but they did not they were so sweet and understanding. Mike took care of me and he was 10/10 amazing come here for your next oil change!!

I used Express Oil Change for the first time today. I’m going to make them go to for oil changes. They were very busy, But the wait time was quite reasonable for an oil change and I got good service. They didn’t upsell me, and as a courtesy, they checked all of my bulbs and fluid levels. William, the manager, stood out as friendly and helpful. The coupon on the website made this considerably cheaper than the place that I generally go to.

These guys are always incredibly courteous and professional. Twice in the last couple years I’ve been in with a low engine coolant light and they’ve topped it up with no charge. Best thing I can say about this place compared to similar ones is it doesn’t immediately feel like you’re being hustled when you arrive, it feels like these guys care about fixing things right and getting you on your way.

Just got my oil change done on my 2023 traverse and let me tell they did a great job had excellent customer service and I was overall satisfied with my choice of having them do it for me, I did my last oil change and it was pain in the you know what dealing with the oil filter because of were it’s located so to have them do it and guarantee me with a 3000mile warranty is amazing thank you again Koda and the rest of your team for a job well done will be bringing it back most definitely.

Popped my tire on a curb and drove into their parking lot to figure it out. Three of them came out and asked if I was okay and proceeded to start helping me and change my tire without me even having to ask. They also put more air into all my tires to make sure I could make it to the dealership. They didn’t even ask for a tip or try to charge me, just did it out of kindness.

Quick and efficient. Only problem I had at this place,they wouldn't honor a $25.00 coupon I found online. Instead they offered a cheaper $7.00 coupon.🤦

Super nice and fast. They even applied a coupon without any prompting because my vehicle took more oil than they anticipated in their quote. Communicated exactly what they were doing every step of the way and didn't try to upsell me on anything. Thanks Draiman for your help

Lack of basic respect to the customer. It used to be my preferred place for oil change. However, it is sad that my latest visit experiences have totally changed my mind, especially the way technician treats people, not professional and lack of basic respect.

There's a reason they have a ton of great reviews. They were awesome, very knowledgeable and seemed to genuinely care about their customers. They had me in and out in under 10 minutes. I was very impressed by their attitudes and the way the staff treated each other as well. Basic manners between each other showed a lot of professionalism and a friendly environment. Additionally, they were very specific with their callouts, saying the torque specs, exact kind and amount of oil and filter the car called for. They also price-matched the cabin air filter for me, saving me $20. Furthermore, they cleaned my windshield, windshield wiper blades, and aired up my tires to the CORRECT psi on the door jamb sticker, not a general psi amount. They also checked my headlights, blinkers, high beams, reverse lights, and brake lights, tire tread, and everything a basic inspection could call for. This is better than the gold standard, this shop goes above and beyond. William the manager also was a great guy and treated his customers and employees with a high amount of respect.

To be honest, I was worried that they were going to try to scam me as a 20 year old girl. However, they were incredible and didn’t push anything else than the oil change I was there for. They were super quick, helpful, and thorough. Will definitely be returning here.

Amazing costumer service!! I had a flat tire after going through the car wash next door. A technician immediately approach my vehicle when I arrive asking for aid with my flat tire. Without hesitation, the man change my tire so that I could make it home safely. God bless these men for helping me!

Very efficient and kind people! My favorite place to get an oil change because they get the job done quickly but thoroughly! Shout out to Darien! And if you get your 3 reviews today, I think the boss should buy y’all lunch for all your hardwork! 😂
