I needed a new set of tires for my truck, which needed to be processed under warranty. I was very impressed by Matt’s professionalism, diligence, and flexibility. He took my request with the utmost urgency and I had a new set of tires on my truck within 24 hours from my original inquiry - this was no easy task - there was an inspection that had to be completed, a case needed to be opened, tires had to be ordered and then coordination to get them installed. Hats off to this team - I started doing business with them a couple of years ago and I am a lifetime customer for sure. Thank you to this entire team - you all are amazing.

I have been bringing my car here for a couple of years. They have competitive prices and have proved themselves trustworthy several times. Had a oil change on my Lincoln Navigator. They ask me questions about any other issues with my truck. I told them and they recommended what I need it. I postpone a review till I'd test drove my truck for a day. People my truck drives so much better. I have to add their customers service was second to none. I'm a real stickler on that, I serve my country for 20 years. Thanks Mike and his crew. The cold water was a bonus..lol

I am absolutely flabbergasted with the poor service here. Upon reading positive reviews and since I was in close to the area, I visited this shop for an oil change a few weeks ago. Since the oil change, the drive of my car has felt grainy and had an odd resistance when accelerating. Something definitely felt off and different from what it had felt like before, so I checked my pdf receipt that I had from here. I noticed, according to the receipt, that 0w20 was put into my MB GLA250, which is “okay” to put in the car. When I called and explained my concerns, the shop was indifferent and simply responded with explaining the difference in oils. I obviously called after prior knowledge of this, but my concerns were strongly dismissed. The person on then phone only told me to “prove with receipts” from my past oil changes that shows I had used 5w30 or 40 and bring it to the shop to change the oil to what I was requesting for. But no, I will not be returning here—I wasted over $120 and my time for a belittling lesson on engine oil. (I just called my former service shop once again to reconfirm that 5w40 was indeed used in the past on my car.) The shop personnel’s dismissive attitude and reluctance to hear customer concerns is quite dissatisfactory.

I drive a lot for work so I need very frequent oil changes. I’ve been coming here for two years and I refuse to go anywhere else because of the fast, friendly, and amazing service! Caden, Maury, and Justin are all great guys and they’ll take care of all your auto needs. They’re very knowledgeable, patient, and I never feel like I’m being talked down to, which has been a problem at other shops. Definitely recommend!

I had a great experience at and highly recommend them for oil changes and car repair. Matt, the service manager, and his team were super helpful and caught an oil leak that could have turned into a bigger problem. They showed me the problem, explained the repair, and as kept me updated as they repaired my car. Everyone there was really friendly, and I appreciate how fast they worked to get me back on the road. As a sale manager I was quite impressed with their 'can-do' attitude and willingness to make sure I understiod the problem and the benefits of fixing now vs later before trying to sell the repair. I’ll definitely will be back - fingers crossed only for an oil change next time. THANKS, Matt if you ever want a career in insurance give me a call!
