My tire blew out after work yesterday and I pulled into the nearest parking lot, which was thankfully close to this express oil. I walked here to see if anyone could change my tire into my spare (since i’m just a girl and couldn’t change it myself) and Michael not only changed it for me, but offered to check the air on the other tires AND noticed I had a screw on my other back tire which I got patched as well which would’ve probably blown out soon too 😭 So thankful for him, he was kind and very helpful.

Incredibly nice, great customer service, seemed highly competent, but service was a bit long. I spent 3 hours for an oil change and diagnostic on my alignment and brakes.

Patrick and his team are attentive and considerate. Usually when someone tells you that you need a new cabin filter they don't show you the old one. That happened today. It wasn't even me. I was getting my registration when I saw it. I'll keep coming back as long as I keep seeing this type of service.

Larry was quick on the oil change and handed out some estimates for a 2 tires he noticed were old. Will be back for the tires!

I have been coming here for a year and the service has been beyond my expectations. They are quick, helpful, and friendly. This last trip they were able to get both my oil and inspection done In record time. Lenin and Larry were great. I will continue to use the memorial location as my go to.

And I’ve been to a lot of different places that do a lot of different services, but he was so willing to help no pressure and a great price. Worst place ever. Scammers and unqualified techs. Tired of apologies every time. Co worker took her Lexus is250 in for tire rotation which has smaller front tires than back tires. Picks up the car and back tires are on the front and couldn't turn the wheel 1/4 turn without rubbing. She had a flat tire on a set she purchased here, took it in and they told her "unrepairable". We will order a new one but you have to pay for mounting balancing etc... She left immediately went to Discount Tire and they patched tire for free on tires She didn't purchase there. What a scam!!! I wish there was an option for no Stars .
