Just sharing my experiences with express oil change, I’ve had the the best on point, ethical, and professionalism treatment from Justin each time I take my vehicle to do the service needed including my wife and oldest son who I encourage to visit express oil change. I feel like family each time I visit express oil change, I’m a former jiffy lube client and I won’t be going back any time soon. Thank you for reading my post, many blessings.

I pulled up to get a fuel filter change on a diesel truck absolutely nobody there standing around with their phones and their hands and he tells me oh I can’t do it because I didn’t make an appointment… But you call yourself a fast lube filter place. That doesn’t make any sense!

My new favorite place to get my oil changed. Fast, more affordable than most places (I had a coupon). Didn’t try to sell me unnecessary stuff. All around great experience. Was able to get it done in between jobs.

Joshua provided me with 5 star excellent customer service today! I got an oil change and he was very knowledgeable and checked everything in my auto. Thank you! Each time I come here you all have excellent employees! Justin provided excellent customer service! I usually do oil changes there, however, only needed a headlamp bulb. He checked my fluids and got the bulb replaced without having to wait. I highly recommend Oil Express at San Jose. Thanks Justin!

Found this location through Repair Pal. Thomas was very knowledgeable and helpful. He even went out of his way to help me find discounts and avoid markups. They do more than just oil changes. I got a fuel system cleaning service and a tune up. Can’t recommend this location enough!

Great experience! It’s truly drive-thru and quick. I had some of my children with me, so this was a very convenient option. My infant’s nap wasn’t interrupted at all. It can also be a good option for someone needing to do an oil change during lunch break or so -no waiting room, no Uber, shuttle from the dealership. Thomas was very knowledgeable and courteous.

When I called the first time Joshua spent with me over 20 minutes answering all my questions. Throughout the process Joshua, and the rest of the staff, was very knowledgeable, took the time to make sure I was getting the correct set of tires (4 of them) for my Chevy 2500 HD, explained everything in detail, and performed all the work admirably without rushing or anything. It was very refreshing to experience excellent customer service at every level. AAAA+ I have already recommended Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers at 11839 San Jose Blvd, Jacksonville Florida to friends and family. I am looking forward to having them do any and all the work I need on my two vehicles from now on. The price I got was excellent compared to any other quotes I had from other tire retailers. They called me once my tires arrived, which was the next day after I placed the order, they scheduled me that afternoon and I was in and out within a very reasonable amount of time. Excellent experience. This location is clean as a whistle, with competent, professional employees. The store manager, Thomas, personally attended to my oil change, even cleaning my windshield. The price was very fair, and made all the better by a coupon I found on their website. This will be our go-to oil change facility!

Guage dislodged my fuel filter, and it leaked fuel all over a customers $50,000 driveway. THANKS GAUGE!!! It got all over the back of my truck too! Never leave a review in the parking lot....I just saw the 5 star review I left, and couldn't believe I hadn't corrected it yet.

I recently moved to Jacksonville from Nashville and was hoping I could keep most of my services with the same chains. When it came time for an oil change I was so excited that there was Express Oil Change very close to my home. On the way over I thought to myself, "self..do you think the people will be as excellent as your crew in Nashville?". Boy was I SHOCKED that they quite possibly are better! (Shh)!
