To start, I'm not very familiar with the technicalities of automotive services. I didn't go in just for an oil change but a vehicle diagnostic. The good: I didn't have to wait around for someone to be helped. Since I first arrived someone greeted me and informed me of what I needed to do to be helped. The bad: Pretty much everything else. I didn't go in for an oil change but a diagnosis. I asked a few times if my vehicle fluids were fine and they said it was. They were to diagnose a problem in my vehicle with the sound coming from the engine but they suggested internal engine damage. When I had my oil changed elsewhere, later, my problem was fixed so clearly is was low oil, something they assured me was fine.

When was the last time y'all did a 10-minute oil change? Because the average that I watched was about 40. Additionally, I don't quite understand why y'all put 3,000 mi as the recommended oil change for a synthetic vehicle. That's not a thing. That sounds like you hope people are stupid enough to give you $110 every 3,000 mi

In my experiences these folks actually go above and beyond with their customers. My first interaction was about a month ago. I had just dropped off my wife for work and stopped in because a warning light indicated low tire pressure in one of my tires. The employees were there but told me that they were closed and wouldn't be open for another 15 minutes. Despite not being on the clock I was assisted with my problem and they refused any compensation from me. I decided then that I would give them my business in the future. And just a few days ago my second trip was for an oil change. The 10 minute change turned into 60 minutes. When completed the service technician explained that my Fiat's oil filter had an unusual location and required extra time and manpower to replace it. He very kindly, almost apologetically, informed me that any future oil changes would cost $20 more than the quoted price but not for today's service. And while I was waiting on my vehicle to be serviced I conversed with several other customers who also praised this Express location with one long time customer even reporting that she drives a very long distance to have her vehicle serviced there because she trusts them and has always been treated fairly and found them to be honest.

Got my oil changed by Ryan today and from the second I pulled up he was very friendly and helpful. He even went out of his way to show me how to reset my oil light and gave me a list of other services my car could use without being pushy! Highly recommend!!

Oh boy, avoid this location at all cost. These people do not loosen the bolts under the oil pan to change the oil they pump the oil out through the top. How do you pump the oil out and get down to all the residual Sludge and metal at the very bottom of pan. They pump the oil through the top. You are collecting all the metal shavings and dirt at the very bottom of the oil pan And allowing that to go into the oil pump Which will cause premature engine failure. Why even change your oil what a waste of time I always love to change the oil at this place for years we’ve been going this new we pump it out of the top thing is just ridiculous. Hope they change their policy if they do I’ll be back.

If you like paying an arm and leg for oil changes then you’ll love this place it seems every time i go here the price increases used to be $80 then $90 then $100 now it’s $115 they don’t even do the full inspection they claim to do
