Quick and easy! Just pull up and wait in your car 10 minutes for great service. Tucker was very informative about what he was doing, the status of my car’s maintenance needs, and was upfront with the cost.

Brian was fast, efficient, and detailed with my oil change. He also showed me how to read the dip stick so that I would be able to know if I’m low on oil. I appreciate the attention to details and answering my questions.

I recently visited Express Oil Change, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. They got me in and out quickly without sacrificing quality. I appreciated how they explained the services and recommendations without being pushy. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, making the short wait enjoyable. Plus, the prices were reasonable compared to other places I've been to in the area. I highly recommend Express Oil Change for anyone needing quick and reliable service. I’ll definitely be returning for my next oil change!

Almost drove away. Pulled up and walked in office and stood for over 5 min. There was an employee just standing in the parking lot chit chatting and I know he saw me. As I walked back out I ran into Breanna who had just finished a car. She was nice and professional and got me right in. I’m glad I ran into her because the guy just hanging out would have lost my business. Breanna will have me coming back.

I can’t recommend the pre-purchase vehicle inspection at EXPRESS OIL CHANGE enough, especially at the GREY OAKS location in Kansas City! For only $19.99, the level of service and attention to detail was phenomenal. The customer service was outstanding, and the technician conducted an extremely thorough inspection. Thanks to their meticulous work, I discovered a couple of issues that helped me make the right decision about purchasing a used vehicle. They got me in within five minutes and had everything completed in about an hour. If you’re considering buying a used car, you absolutely need to take it to EXPRESS OIL CHANGE at GREY OAKS. This team is the definition of top-tier professionals!

Absolutely the worst service in the northland! My husband took both of our vehicles there a little after they first opened up fast forward to today. It’s time for our maintenance oil changes. He took his vehicle up there for its next oil change. Mind you we keep ALL of our receipts. He was refused service for an apparent mess up by the technician that changed it the first time and was being told to take it back to where he last got his oil changed “THEM” we have the receipts and proof of mileage. Also was told “he probably doesn’t remember” ridiculous! The whole place is complete chaos from stickers being put on wrong vehicles from there technicians not knowing is something is working properly. We are actively trying to contact corporate to get this rectified but the number on line hangs up a matter of seconds on hold! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. You can make up for this by taking accountability for what YOUR technician did and fixing the problem!

When I came by last month for a brake estimate, I really appreciated the fair and honest quote you gave me. It was especially impressive how your team was able to get my vehicle fixed on such a crazy snow day! I took my car in here for a check engine light. I was told that they wanted to get an OEM part for the repair so they called the car manufacturer who said they would not cover the repair. I got a notice today from my manufacturer saying that I still had a manufacturers warranty for that part. It’s ridiculous they couldn’t have told me that part was still under warranty and that it would be best to take it to the dealers lot. I understand they want to make money but since I’m not a mechanic I wouldn’t have known that. They instead lost my business altogether. It almost makes me think that they lied about what the manufacturer said. What else are they lying about?

Some of these reviews are crazy. I have never received such professional service for an oil change in my life. From start to finish Alyssa not only explained everything, gave me a quote before they started, but also made me feel welcome and important. Its been a couple of weeks now and I still remember her explanation and kindness. The job was done correctly and fast. My car and I are a regular now. Thank You Alyssa

I have used their oil change service twice since they opened, super convenient being close to work. Each time has been top notch, offered water and candy during the wait. My second visit I inquired about a quote for a repair my car needed, they did it right there and then for no extra charge! That meant a lot to me because I'm low income and often can only do one major expense at a time per each month.

I needed a quick and affordable oil change just before my travels on Thanksgiving Day. I got exactly what I needed and wanted from Alyssa, the first woman that ever changed the oil in my car or for my family. Bravo. She was very thorough, quick, and informative. She is a keeper!
