Came for my routine oil change in my up until this point perfectly fine car. The second I pulled out of the parking lot my car began billowing smoke out of the exhaust pipe and not driving right. I went less than .25 mile before coming back to see what was wrong. I told them I thought this could be because there was too much oil, Isaiah and the manager both assured me multiple of times that the oil level was correct and sent me on my way. Well, the smoking happened immediately as I left so I went back AGAIN. Dallas came out and immediately diagnosed the problem as…. too much oil…. (Dallas thank you for being the only one there who could identify this common mistake). Beware if you drive a Ford Fusion, they will put too much oil as this is what the “computer calls for” (despite the stick literally showing it was too full and multiple workers checking!) If everyone was as competent as Dallas this would’ve been a 5 star experience.

I went because my oil was about a qt low. Mechanic checked everything and there was no leaking. So he topped it off. No charge, and explained what was most likely happening. He was very informative and there was no charge for the oil or his time trouble shooting. I'll return in about 1k miles and he'll check it again. Very good service.

Mike helped us and did amazing with being informative with what he was doing, what was needing to be done and what was good. It was quick and a plus that we could stay in the car while it was all being done. I’ll be going back, for sure!!

Isaiah was wonderful. He was super friendly and went above and beyond what I was expecting, helping me get a quote for my breaks and letting me know about my oil pan needing replaced soon as well. His manager Michael also introduced himself and was super friendly. The best customer service I’ve experienced while getting an oil change. Thank you! 😊

The technician that did my interaction was awesome. Matthew was great, I love that he showed me the oil filter in total disarray and the dirty air filter. I was very impressed and I will be back. Great place and very fast. I felt like the price was very good as well

Oil change was quick as described. My tech was nice and professional but the other tech in the other bay was unprofessional. He judged the person for not wanting to get a $20 tire patch for a nail in his tire and kept making remarks about how it’s just $20. Not cool for him to do that and if I heard him, I’m sure the owner of the other car did too. Kinda rude.
