Came here for an oil change several months ago, the service was quick if not terse. I just got my oil changed again and found out that they stripped out the oil plug and didn't say anything. Very frustrated with the mistake and lack of communication, I definitely will not be coming back to Express Oil.

Fantastic experience this last Saturday Drew went above and beyond to ensure my car was taken care of and safe to drive. Fair prices, great customer service, communicative workers and agreeable time frames. Will definelty be going back .

Had this place use an impact on my oil drain plug in the past, last time they used a wrench and couldn't get my drain plug to seal, 421 miles later I lost over a court and a half in oil that's European full synthetic, not cheap, did the work myself and saw where the leak was coming from, don't recommend this place considering the guy that answered said they don't use an impact, which being a maintenance tech myself I knew was a lie, last time I use these guys, isn't worth a vw rline engine especially when they charge what they do

Well for one I came here for a simple oil change and had a decent experience with that only for me too drive all the way too my work in South Knoxville and when I put the car in the park it won’t go so I put the car in neutral and put the parking brake on and open the hood and notice that there was a 10mm socket left where my shifter cable is and they swear that isn’t their tool I haven’t had work done too my car in over year and also I drive it everyday and their excuse is that is not their tool don’t take your car here and also they just try too see how much money they can get out of ya tried to get me to pay 400 dollars for two tires place is a joke and I used too speak highly of this place until after them leaving a tool in my vehicle and I know that guys will see it and you know you messed up my vehicle

Great experience today having tire leak fixed and getting quote on 4 tires for my truck that I did not have with me today. Could not make it back with truck today. Drew is an exceptional manager as I watched him field multiple questions from the other workers and assisted employees and customers non-stop while I waited for the work to be done on my car. Fantastic shop!! Manager Drew was great to deal with and knew his business well!!

Always a quick oil change, and they treat you well. I’ve even been lucky enough to get an oil change comped here. I’ve visited them for tires, maintenance on engine lights, head gasket work, and of course my regular oil changes they always do good work. No leaks and the yota’s still rolling fine. I might add that James and his crew are always on top of it in the oil bay. 5 stars

My husband and I have used Express Oil on Chapman Hwy. for a while now and they have always performed well. We have purchased tires from them in the past and recently we had an issue with a rock in one of them causing low tire pressure. They fixed it immediately, as well as, accommodated us to quickly rotate the tires. Drew, the new manager, was very friendly and professional and went above and beyond to help us. It was greatly appreciated!

These guys are hardworking, honest workers. I haven't found a reliable mechanic since coming to Knoxville but I recently visited these guys with car issues and they helped me out ASAP! They promptly diagnosed my car and quickly fixed the issue. They made sure I knew what was going on and that I was taken care of. I will definitely revisit if I need help in the future. Thank you!

Willie is the best mechanic I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. Professional, easygoing, always willing to explain and answer questions, and about the most honest guy you could hope for; you can tell he takes pride in his work. I drive nearly an hour from Sevierville anytime I need work done simply because I trust Willie wholeheartedly with my beloved Subaru. I can’t recommend him or this place highly enough!
