THE BEST OF THE BEST!!! I have been going to Express / Tire Engineers for years now. Started at the location down off Ebenezer and now here in Bearden. O'Dells Heating and Cooling had a technician in the field with an active leak in a work van tire. I sent him to Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers on Kingston pike and they plugged the tire for FREE and got him back on the road to continue his day. The staff here is amazing. Terence the service manager was very attentive, found the tires I needed and got them to the store quickly. He even gave me a nearly $150 discount!! Great Customer Service! I’ve always been leery taking my car into a establishment, change oil, quickly express oil, a total different experience from the guys that took my information and looked under the hood to the pit gentleman did a fantastic job. I asked him if it looks like I ran over anything by the front driver wheel and they said no there’s no marks so that’s good. I had something big and it blew my tire out. I’ve been going to them pretty much the first week or month that they opened, been there many times just getting air in my tires or asking questions. They’re always willing to help you.

I've always had amazing experiences when taking my vehicle for services. This is the place I go for my routine oil changes, and I've had to take my vehicle here on several occasions for tire patches. Every visit has been swift and quick, even the time when I didn't make an appointment. I couldn't recommend this place enough.

Great place, fast quick pull in service. Waiting Lobby is clean and brand new. Staff are friendly. One stop shop for all your automotive needs. I would advise calling ahead and excellent pricing. Better price than previous tire rotation place.
