We have been long time customers of Express Oil and the last 2 oil changes we received from them were horrible. 1st one on my way home hear massive thud, thought I blew a tire, pulled over and it was my skid plate. They didn't put it back on right. Had to go back to the store and have them put it on correctly. Next oil change I got before a cross country road trip on July 15th. Asked them specifically to make sure the skid plate was on correctly since what happened after the last oil change. July 19th I was in the middle of NM and I hear a noise outside my car. It was concerning, so I pulled over and look under my car and the skid plate is hanging on by one screw. I had to get underneath the car on a two lane road and try to unscrew it from one screw. Then i had to travel with the greasy, dirty skid plate for the rest of my trip. As soon as I got home I went to the store, explained what happened, they took the skid plate and said they'd replace it because it was damaged. it is now almost Thanksgiving and I have yet to have a new one put on since the old one was so badly damaged. I call the store, talk to the manager Rob and he always tells me he'll call me with an update and never does. Last two times I've called he hasn't been there, I leave messages and never hear from anyone!! I've been driving with out a skid plate since July and seems like they will never replace it. I would not do business with them. The thousands of $$$ we have poured into their business over the years means nothing to them. Update: I submitted my information to the website listed on Express Oil change’s response to my review and have yet to hear from anyone.

I’ve visited this oil change place several times now, and every visit has been a great experience. Patrick has been awesome!! The vibe here is always friendly and welcoming. They provide excellent service without being pushy or trying to upsell anything. Overall, it’s always a pleasant and hassle-free experience!

Express oil off culebra is my go to place for oil. I usually receive decent and quick service for a reasonable price. Patrick was extra helpful and friendly, offering water while waiting, walking through the maintenance reset, and upselling only on things that i actually need and acknowledging what I don’t need. The top it off Patrick was smiling and seemed happy to help, which seems to not be the case in many other oil change places.

I had the best experience I've ever had at a mechanic at this shop. Rob was incredibly kind and helpful, and honest!!!!!! He filled me in on the issues they found, gave his take on what he thought was best. They were able to take my car in within a day, had it fixed in like 2 hours (had a valve cover gasket replaced and fuel system cleaning). It's been a few days, and the car is running beautifully. This is my shop from now on🔥💜 highly reccommend!

Terrible experience. We paid $1,400 for a shotty job. They put the wrong car parts on car, then put they put the car parts on wrong. They didn't admit it until much later. Our new mechanic said they didn't complete the "complimentary brake job" they promised for screwing up our car . Furthermore, our new mechanic noticed the oil change was not even done right. They made our car worse than we brought it in. They had the nerve to add extra work and over charge when they didn't even fix the original issue. We paid $1,400 and have the same issue. DON'T DO IT! Robert should be ashamed. We are paying double to get the job done right. They lied and took advantage of my wife. Terrible.
