I had an exceptional experience with Reshawn when I went in for an oil change! From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure I was well taken care of. He explained everything clearly, making me feel confident in the service being provided. The attention to detail and friendly attitude made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Reshawn’s customer service skills are top-notch, and I will definitely be back thanks to his outstanding work. Highly recommend!

I visited the business as a first time customer a couple of months ago to complete my annual inspection & registration. Although they were extremely busy, Jonathan was so patient and courteous and got my car out quickly. To top it off he extended an additional courtesy after noticing my military ID. As San Antonio and this area continues to grow, customer service and pleasant everyday interactions seem to decrease; this was a refreshing experience and made me hopeful that we may be able to keep the spirit of community and kindness alive.

This is the only place I come to get my oil changed. Employees are always kind, knowledgeable, and super quick. ReShawn was super helpful today and made sure my daughter car was good to go! Highly recommend!

The staff is so friendly. They offered air filter, windshield wipers, etc but weren't pushy about it at all. Super fast, good prices. Can't ask for anything else from an oil change location.

My 2016 expedition was in need of a major overhaul. It needed just about everything from brakes and rotors to a new water pump, new gaskets all over, from the twin turbos to the wheel seals. By the time they finished all the repairs, the vehicle drives like new. The transformation was incredible. It drives better than I would have guessed. While it was pricey, it was worth it . I was considering buying a new vehicle. Buy I asked myself why. The vehicle was in excellent shape body wise and to start payments all over again in this economy. I would recommend them anytime. They don't guess what it might be they dig in for the real problem.

I had what has to be the best experience having my oil changed ever at Express Oil Change on Potranco Rd. The staff where professional, friendly and not afraid to go the extra mile for customers without having to deal with upsell after upsell that turns me off from most oil change services. Austin V. and Alex not only provided a discount on my oil change, but they diagnosed a serious issue with my truck and provided a discount for a more comprehensive all-over diagnosis of my truck. I will be highly recommending Express Oil Change on Potranco for anyone who is need of an oil change, or any other repair service.

I went on Tuesday (which apparently every Tuesday they have a celebrate women’s day!). All the staff were super friendly and funny especially Austin, Alex, and Kari. My brother missed out on having a rose so they allowed him to have one anyways haha 💕 They were ‘very cutesy, very mindful, very demure.’ I highly recommend coming here over all the other places I have gone before.

My second time being here, great, quick, and thorough service. They ask questions most places don’t, and provide services other places WONT. I’m definitely going to be a reoccurring customer. 22’ Ram 1500 diesel. They have everything here for the smaller 1/2 ton diesels.

The place is amazingly clean unlike other automotive shops I've been to. I enjoyed talking to Kari, while waiting for my vehicle (they did tire rotation and balance), Reshawn, Robert and Austin worked on my car and did a great job. These are decent and hardworking people. Especially Reshawn and Kari, they made me feel at ease. I still have extended warranty at the dealership IPAC at Ingram but dread going there due to the fact that they treat customers like numbers and are money hungry especially in the finance department. They are totally opposite of the crew at Express Oil Change on 14204 Potranco Road, whom are so professional and friendly. Thank you guys at Express... hope you have many more customers. Btw, Ronnie J. is my husband and my name is Angelina. Again thank you for the great service you provided me.

Was overdue for an oil change so I stopped by early in the morning and I was the only customer. Great service. Got my air filter changed too. The mechanic noticed the car wash I went through didn’t do a good job at all and offered a me a free car wash coupon for the GO car wash down the road. Super nice and chill guys. Would come again and you should too.

It’s been years since I’ve gone to get an oil change(my husband usually takes care of that) I was a little nervous until I met Kari- She was professional,knowledgeable and took her time to explain everything to me. Thank you Kari for going above and beyond and being so patient and kind to me. If you’re looking for an honest place with great people who have a great work ethic and will keep your vehicles safe on the road this is the place to go! I will forever be a customer here and will tell my family and friends about this gem. Oh AND!! I happened to go on a Tuesday(which is ladies discount day and even got a beautiful rose.
