Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers exceeded my expectations! The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. I was in and out in about 10 minutes, and they took the time to explain everything they did without pressuring me into any unnecessary services. I appreciated their attention to detail when checking my fluids, tires, and other essentials beyond just the oil change. Great service, fair pricing, and trustworthy employees, this is my new go-to spot for all my car maintenance needs!

I’ve been a loyal customer at this location for over five years and have always had great experiences—until today. When I arrived, the bay was empty, so I proceeded to drive inside, as is standard practice. However, as I was pulling in, one of the employees, Rick, approached from the side. I paused to make sure I wasn’t in his way, and when I didn’t see him directly in front of my car, I continued forward. Unfortunately, Rick then stepped in front of my car unexpectedly, creating an accidental and awkward moment. What happened next was extremely unsettling. Rick gave me an intense, intimidating glare, which made me feel genuinely uncomfortable. The look on his face was something I can only describe as hostile, and it left me shaken. It’s difficult to explain the feeling exactly, but it went far beyond what I’d consider professional behavior. I’ve never had any issues at this location before, and the team has always been friendly and efficient. However, this encounter with Rick has left a lasting negative impression. It’s disappointing to have an experience like this at a place I’ve trusted for so many years. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the situation appropriately.

The crew at the Wesley Chapel location are very courteous and professional, they pay attention to details and I like sitting in the car as they perform the oil change. They are a little more expensive, but I will always pay a little more for professional services when I know it’s done right. Cars are so expensive now and maintenance is critical, thanks for a job done well. And they don’t try and sell me things I don’t need, only ask if things like wipers are good…this is refreshing. I also like that they carry different brands of oil like my go to mobile one. They don’t try and force you into any “house brands”. As someone who is very picky about maintenance, this is great.
