I went in for a couple new tires, and an alignment. They got me a great deal and everything went pretty quickly, these guys obviously knew what they were doing. After seeing how they handled a little job, I'll be thinking of them for any big problems in the future.

Marshall was the best! He not only explained what was wrong with our vehicle. He quoted the repairs and the bill at the end was the same price as was quoted. This might not sound extraordinary but, i have never received a quote for a repair that was the same as what I have received as the final bill anywhere else! He is a true stand up guy. Ask for Marshall! You won’t be disappointed!

This place is amazing. Went in for today for an oil change and I know I need tires soon, the staff informed me and provided some great options for me. I did not feel pressured at all and they even provided a roadmap on things to consider for the near future. I highly recommend this place.

Always a great experience coming here. Fast service and very helpful team. Last visit I came in for an oil change which was done in about 10 mins. As I was going to pay I mistakenly dropped my card in the crack of the driver side window. The guys were able to take the paneling off inside my door and get the card for me and sent me on my way. Highly recommend stopping in if you need service to your vehicle.

I recently had some work done on my SUV and ended up also getting new tires. The manager Joseph is very professional and knowledgeable. After I got my vehicle back on Saturday (just before closing time) I noticed a small issue with the alignment. Today (Monday) I went back on my lunch break and explained the issue to the assistant manager Juan. He was very kind and understanding and told me to bring my vehicle back when I got off work so that I didn’t have to waste my lunch break. They did another alignment as soon as I came back and took care of the issue, no questions asked. I’ve had some bad experiences at other auto repair places in the past. Express Oil on south dale mabry is my new go-to for any issues, and I will be recommending them to any of my family or friends. (P.S. the tech that actually did the alignment was very nice and accommodating, I’m not entirely sure but I believe his name was Juan)

I saw no appointments were needed for an oil change so I stopped by. There was no wait and I was in and out in 20 minutes. I brought my own oil and filter and the labor only was very reasonable. The shop is competently run and you can see why they get great reviews. I'll definitely be back.

Best Oil Change in the area. No-nonsense, professional. They treated my car with respect even though it's 23 years old. No pushy sales offers or information requests. They had the kind of service I expected in the 1990's. (If you're going to do a job, do it right.) And they did!

Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had dealing with car services. These guys were incredibly kind and thorough. They went above and beyond. I was only there for an oil change but they topped off my wiper fluid, put air in my tires, checked all my valves, checked my tires, and gave me $5 off as a first time customer. They even taught me how to reset my oil change percentage thing in my car. I was helped by Tim and one other person who were just incredible. I can’t speak highly enough.

Joseph walked me through the issue(s) with my vehicle and explained to me the areas he felt needed to be worked on or replaced. He did not try to upsell me at any point, just explained to me what was going on under the hood. He recommended a solution to me and said he didnt have a guy on staff at the moment to do the service, but would be happy to provide the service if I decide to wait. I would go back and would recommend this shop to others based on the integrity of the workers.

I was attended to quickly and waited about 15 minutes to have my oil change completed, they were very kind and explained that they were also attending to other customers. It was hot while sitting in my car so I’d recommend bringing some cold water while you wait.
