I went there with no real expectations for an oil change. What I got was an oil change and awesome customer service. Doc was amazing and my oil change was quick and the price was great. This will be my new oil change place.

I'm gonna say this the 2 guys that work at express quick lube they are a blessing.These guys have gave me a Christmas gift that I won't forget it you have 2 warm heart older guys.That will actually look out for you on your bad days theygave put smile in your heart This Christmas is Going to be very hard but the 2 guys actually gave me. Hope that is going to get better. So I want to say thank you so much

The best quick lube in the city of Detroit I’ve been to other locations that haven’t left me as satisfied as this one do, the mechanics check over every little thing and tend to work with anyone who doesn’t have all the dollars to get an fulfilled check up perfect location great attitudes and awesome atmosphere

Horrible service if I can give a ZERO I would they I got an oil change September 2, 2024 first off it took longer than usual & then once done car wouldn’t start & they blamed my battery must be dead it’s not holding a charge impossible I just got the car in May 15, 2024 had a 21 inspection done August 22, 2024 then just September 2, 2024 I have a bad battery now they told me oil change in 5,000 miles I haven’t even drove 1,000 miles & my car telling me on the dashboard I need a oil change I want my money back never again now look at pictures when I suppose to return back & look at the dashboard picture & he reset it in my car but I need a oil change. How ???

I purchased a Groupon for a synthetic oil change and when I came in they told me it would be a $20 up charge when that has NEVER been a thing before. I should have got the managers name but he was dark skin and bald with glasses. Seems like something shady is going on.

They changed my oil. However the receipt stated that they checked my transmission fluid and it was full. However, I went out of town and my transmission went out. I have a CVT and it was hard to take the piece off to check my transmission fluid level. I finally got it off and checked my transmission fluid level and there was none in there and I didn't have a transmission leak. I tried adding the CVT synthetic transmission fluid for my vehicle, but the transmission was completely gone. I will never go there anymore. Costed me a lot of money for a new transmission and the labor. I'm pissed about it.

The manager was kind and helpful. I wouldn’t advise buying a Groupon for this place because you will have a problem redeeming it because they don’t have a bar code scanner.
