Sold me two practically bald tires for $100 and I had no choice but to get it because I was in need of it. Second day of owning them one went flat and continuously went flat until I finally got home and it was able to get new tires.

muy mala experiencia en la express tire service of tucson.son unas ratas.llevas tu llanta a despachar y te la dañan más de como llego la llanta con el fin decirte que tu llanta ya no sirve pero la llanta es nueva .solo para tratar de venderte llantas usadas. ignorando la obligación y responsabilidad que tienen al despachar una llanta.porque en ello ponemos nuestra seguridad pensando que son personas con experiencia pero que equivocado estaba al no poder ni atinarle a un pequeño pinchazo en el rodado de la llanta. dañandomela y desmontando la llanta del rin en 4 ocasiones en menos de una hora y nunca pudieron arreglarle la pequeña fuga de aire.no lograron ponerle el parche en el lugar exacto por lo que mejor les pedí que así la dejaran mejor. cobrándome por el muy mal servicio 15 dolares más propina.

Cuidado al comprar ahi ......compre llanta usada me pusieron una toda boluda culeros se pasan de alv hace una semana no los recomiendo

The kid that worked there did a half ass flat repair, used a plug instead of a patch. It still leaked, when I went back he made excuses and wanted to charge me another 20 dollars. Don't go to this place unprofessional, shoddy work, rip off

Simply calling and asking for a quote turned out to be a whole thing and turned me off from ever wanting to even go there. Too many options in town to deal with that. Yikes.

I replace an used tire. And within a month .. tire had a bump and still have to pay full price for a other replacement ! No proof that I came here. Not friendly

A little bit of a wait when we showed up to replace my daughter's tire that popped from hitting a curb-but once we got help service was fast and seamless. He even sang a little song while he loaded up out tire. Highly recommend and will return when I have a tire need.

Bad customer service and way overpriced. Charged me 50 for putting on 2 tires (I provided tire) and didn't accept card even tho it says on the door visa accepted. Had to cash app to pay my bill. Just horrible do not waste your money.

Guy sold me a set of used tires for $250 cash only. A week goes buy and one of the tires he sold me is beyond repair and refused to make it right since I paid cash. Will never come back and will tell everyone to avoid this place.

Horrible place do not come here. I was new to Tucson for work so I don’t have any trusted mechanics or auto shop. Woke up to my tire being flat so I drove to the nearest tire shop. They knew I was desperate for a tire so they charged me $80 for a used tire that would usually be around $50. Gotten my tires replace like 4 times previously at places in San Diego California. I just accepted it and pay $80 because I needed to get back to work immediately. No only did I overpay for the tires but the same tire that I replaced was flat literally 3 days later. I should have known something was sketch when I gave them my tire size and one of the worker said they don’t have it available while another set in and immediately said they did. Would not recommend this place at all. If you need your tires replaced please go to Cruz tires which is just a few miles East. I took my car here after it running a flat after 3 days and they took care of my perfectly. Also note the communication was really bad at express tire. I had to ask them to repeat themselves multiple time.

I requested a used tire to replace a donut I have. And it was as if the salesman did not want to help me because I wasn't purchasing brand new. He told me he would look for something. And then tells me he'll get me a quote for a set of brand new tires... Then he steps away for 10 minutes, comes back and is speaking with a co-worker. No update on the used tire search and he walks back inside with his coworker. So at that point I left. I think most patrons would agree that they don't like to feel like they have to guess if a person is actually helping them out or blowing them off.

Would not recommend showed up close to an hr before closing the guy was not intersted in helping told me cash only i said i had to go to my bank which is vantage west no more than a five min drive and five min drive back he told me to go to wells fargo and i told him no i don't bank with wells fargo he then again proceeds to point to wells fargo and tells me to go there and o ce again i told him no why would i pay money to get my money no thank you i'll be back. Guess he didnt like that and told me he was closing 30 min earlier than what the website listed. Anyhow i came back because i knew i had a nail in my tire because it had a slow leak. He never confimed to me that was the issue. I had to go find him and ask, NEVER SHOWED ME THE NAIL OR ANYTHING he put my tire back on tire was still flat didnt put air in there or anything and guess what still was leaking. Waste of 15 dollars and my time . I DEFINITELY WONT BE BACK.

one of the rudest experiences ever, called about used tires and they said they had my size but when I asked them to check the brand they said come in and look, I explained that I live an hour away and the guy hung up on me. Lazy people, plenty of other tire shops with respectful staff.

I WILL NO LONGER BUY TIRES FROM THIS PLACE. THEY WILL NOT WARRANY ANY OF THERE TIRES. THEY WILL JUST GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND AND BLAME ON ALIGNMENT. I SPENT MONEY, THAT I DID NOT HAVE TO SPEND ON ALIGNMENT. WHEN I TOOK MY TRUCK TO ALIGNMENT EVERYTHING WAS FINE WITH THE ALIGNMENT. THEN I FOUND OUT THEY DID THE SAME THING TO SOMEONE ELSE I SENT THERE. AFTER BUYING 4 SETS OF TIRES ...FOR 4 VEHICLES AND 2 MOTORHOMES AND SENDING TONS OF CUSTOMERS TO THEM, I WILL NO LONGER WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE EVER AGAIN, ESPECIALLY THE OWNER'S SON. I WILL ALSO NEVER SEND ANY OF MY CUSTOMERS TO THEM EVER AGAIN. THIS IS ALL OVER ONE TIRE THEY DID NOT WARRANTY AND 4 MONTHS OF RUNNING BACK AND FORTH AND WASTING MY TIME.

I really had a tire emergency my tire was slashed but I got their at 5:55pm they close at 6pm. The person said sorry can't help you we been here all day.. so I will never stop their again. I understand their tired. But I still had 5mins.

Worst service I have ever received, pulled up and the gentleman that was working there was on his cell phone outside , did not even acknowledge me as I came into the store. So I patiently waited for him to finish his call. Long story short, after getting my tired from the back and me having to wait he tells me his card machine is down. Bro you should of said that at start instead of wasting my time.
