I used to swear by these guys. However, over the last couple years they have gone downhill. The last straw was I caught the owner in a lie. He charged me to do some work he didn’t do. When I confronted him about it, he got angry. My truck was running worse when I got it back. This guy Serge is a crook. Stay away from this shop! I went to Western Tech so I know about cars. If he will try to get over on someone he knows understands cars, imagine what he will do to someone completely dependent upon his honesty?

Didn't fix anything for my car after being in a car crash. Sent it back 5 times for the same problem and they didn't do absolutely anything. Definitely wouldn't trust them again

I took my car for them to check it and first it was the oil, then it was the timing chain paid $500+ then a few days later, the engine failed. Had it towed there paid $1000 towards a replacement engine they said they found for $1700 and they would let me know when they got the engine so I can pay the balance on the engine and part of the labor. I called no replies then I find out they took out the engine without even having one to install. I also found out I had a warranty at the dealership and they would need to diagnose the problem, Had to pay these people another $1000 for them to put the engine back in that should not have been taken out without having a replacement on hand. Took advantage of a single working mother struggling to just buy food and pay my rent and necessities, not to mention cardiologist and hospitals and ERs due to heart condition. They certainly did not help that either! No compassion. Don't bother asking for the owners name because they won't give it to you either!

Great customer service and prices are really fair. I’ve gotten an oil change with synthetic oil and they also cleaned my headlights at reasonable prices. Hopefully, XPA will be my go to mechanics while I’m here in ElPaso☺️

I kept hearing great things about this place and how the mechanic on site can fix anything. Sure enough, I pulled up with my Range Rover when it was having some issues and their mechanic was able to diagnose it and fix it. I won’t be taking my cars anywhere else but here.

The shop manager, Sergio, is very patient, knowledgeable, and he provided me with great customer service. The best part is I own a foreign car and an American car and the mechanics are able to work on both my vehicles. The prices are very fair and I didn’t feel like I was getting ripped off. I will have my car painted soon at EPA, so I will provide a posting soon after.

Amazing work on my 2019 Tacoma. I had a dent and a scratch on my rear bumper, now it looks brand new! Also, I had to replace my windshield because of a crack and came out perfect. Definitely recommend this place for repairs and for a paint job.

Extreme Prestige is the place to go if you’re looking for professionalism and punctuality! I’ve taken my car for collision repairs a couple times, and Sergio Rodriguez delivers! He did an awesome job handling the insurance claim and Tony Gamboa has the experience for any paint job. I definitely recommend!

I recently took my Camaro in for diagnosis for the passenger seat getting stuck forward and they discovered that it was a bad switch. I asked the manager, Sergio, how much the switch would cost since he had just got off of the phone with Chevy dealership and was quoted the price. He told me $85 even though he knew the price was $59. I know this because I requested a copy of the invoice and my old part for verification. When I confronted him about it, he said he could charge me what he want and didnt have to show me. In addition, he quoted me higher hourly labor rates as well so basically he dishonestly over charged me.I would not return nor do I recommend any fellow military service members to use this business.

This is no doubt the best auto shop in el paso, Mr. Sergio Rodriguez's level of professionalism and honesty are unmatched, the mechanic teams go above and beyond to satisfy their customers' needs, the best part is, they keep an up to date records of your vehicle maintenance in a file, you can easily get a copy of your car maintenance history whenever you need it. I highly recommend this shop to any car owner seeking for the best auto repairs in el paso and for a fair price also. They also appreciate Soldiers for our service to this great nation.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They misrepresented themselves claiming to be apart of the insurance when they were not! They said they were going to take my car for two hours but took it for three days and left me without a car during the weekend. They wouldn’t answer the phone and the shop was closed. On Monday I went saying I wanted my car back and they gave me such a hard time. Stay away from this place do not believe what they say.

Stay away from this shop. Misrepresent themselves as agents of the insurance company and misrepresent the work they are going to do to fix the vehicle. Now having to take my vehicle to another shop to fix truck bed misaligned, bumper bent and misaligned, and tail light not seated properly. They are at best a third rate body shop and you will regret dealing with them.
