I just posted of a facebook page needed my brakes fixed I had a budget and Zeke came along a told me to contact him. That was the best decision I’ve made! Zeke is very professional and honest got me in right away and took care of everything I needed! I 10/10 recommend to go to Ez automotive! Came in and had some extensive work done on my scion, he was able to make sure everything was done for us same with the help of his partner! We had a slight issue with the alignment but he was quick to take care of us right away! Thank you for helping your community out zeke!

Drove from Pueblo to get my car fixed while working two jobs and let me tell y’all he did absolutely fantastic getting my car fixed. Runs smoother and soooo much better on not hearing any sounds. I had an exceptional experience with Zeke Madrid at EZ Automotive. After breaking down on a Sunday while returning from Pikes Peak, Zeke quickly arranged a tow truck and got my car to his shop. He replaced my alternator and even detailed my car, removing all the pet hair, which wasn’t an easy task! Zeke goes above and beyond for his customers—he is honest, trustworthy, reasonably priced and even provided recommendations for what I need to do in the future to keep my car from breaking down in the future. I highly recommend him for anyone in need of reliable automotive service. He values relationship building and maintaining them which goes a long way. I will not take any of our vehicles anywhere else except here. Thank you to you and your team Zeke! You rock and I love that you have badass women mechanics!

Worked on my car and charged 250$ and when our (customer supplied part) which was a pulley for the serpentine belt, failed said we needed another 1,000 to fix another part! Left us with a loose belt saying thats what is recommended and the part was completely broken the day later stuck in a parking lot. Put all the blame on the customer! Proceeded to message me coming at my wife and my whole family! Claims us of spreading lies but doesn't hold any accountability of what he does. Thought I knew who this dude was but was extremely displeased with his service. Would not wish this on anybody! We got our car towed to a shop that day later, they fixed the pulley for 100$ cheaper and the car has been running great ever since! STAY AWAY!

I strongly recommend NOT using this place! We brought our babysitters car there because it was making a weird noise. The man she bought the car from gave her a part and said this is what needs to be fixed for the noise to go away. We told zeke this and he specifically said he wanted to look at the car first so he didn’t change anything that didn’t need to be fixed. Once he looked at it and said he could fix it we got the work done. However, we were told after that what he fixed was not actually the issue that was making the noise. It was now the a/c compressor which would now cost more than 1,000 to fix. He sent our babysitter on her way with a loose belt and said that her car would still drive fine but since the belt is loose she just might loose it while driving and would need to drive slow. The very next day her car would not accelerate. We called him immediately he said the work he did would not be making the car do this and to take it back in. At this point we did not feel comfortable so we had a different mechanic take a look at it. We were told the part he installed was installed incorrectly. Since the belt was not tight the alternator was not able to accelerate the car. Now our babysitter had to pay for two more parts due to his (repair). Now after getting her car repaired from his negligence her car is accelerating again and not making any noise. We were also told there is no issue with the a/c compressor. I brought this to Zekes attention asking for a refund and he got very defensive telling me “I’m not going to tell him he installed something wrong after someone else touched the car”. Our babysitter gave a negative review on here about her honest experience at this shop and now he has texted my husband personally and bashed myself and my family. Please see attached photo. Either this guy is out to scam people or he really doesn’t know how to work on cars. We just don’t want the same thing to happen to others out there!

He illegally charges lot fees , not honest , no estimate , adjust invoice to his liking at any time . Take your car elsewhere. He hasn't given me my truck back yet . I am going to report him on every possible website and outlet , sue and do whatever in my means legally to get my truck back. paid back for what this owner has done to me and my family. BBB will be in the know I hope to save someone else from going through what I have with this business

I am extremely impressed with the service I received from Zeke. After being told by another mechanic my car had a leaky head gasket and was not worth fixing, I took it to Zeke for a diagnostic to be sure before trading it in and taking a big loss. He spent several hours eliminating multiple causes of a burning smell coming through my vents. He was so thorough he even spent time online researching etc... He did not give up and he determined I had gear oil leaking on my exhaust from the transfer case/differential. At that point he gave me a written estimate that I felt was very fair. Once I gave the okay to order parts, he had the car ready to go in 3 days, and it was a labor intensive job. I am happy to report, no more smell and my car is running great! I'm definitely calling Zeke if and when any of our cars have a problem as well as needed maintenance.

Zeke is amazing. He dug DEEP into a sneaky issue on our Ford Fusion. He found out what it wasn’t. Meaning a couple other mechanics thought it was one thing but his careful eye found out what it truly was. We’re humming on the road. Fair pricing and all.

I have taken a couple of different Vehicles here multiple times and every experience has been fantastic and efficient. And he's gotten Us in at the drop of a hat to fix things and my boyfriend works on Lyft and Uber and can't have anything out of order. Very personable and we always have a good experience and great pricing.
