My experience with Paul was phenomenal! He went above and beyond, and even came to me to fix my flat! Not only was he a life saver, he was quick, punctual, and extremely down to earth! He was just an overall blessing, and I couldn't be happier! I will definitely be doing more business with him and the company in the future!

Paul was extremely kind to us when we had to be towed to his shop for a couple of tires. He didn’t close until 8 pm and was very welcoming when I called beforehand to say we’d be in around 7. He was willing to get it done that night but the tires we needed had to be ordered and put on the next day. Paul was efficient, affordable, and a nice guy all-around. Highly recommend!

This tire shop, is hands down the best place around town. Paul was extremely helpful, and took the time to help with my bent rim. Best prices around town, and definitely the best customer experience I’ve had at a tire place!

I’ve been coming here for YEARS. Different location, same phenomenal incredible service and people. No where else I’ll go for tires. Only place I’ll recommend to anyone and everyone! Beside Subway on N.Broadway, across from the McDonald’s. Trustworthy, knowledgeable, just great dudes. Grateful for these people and this place.

Really great experience, open late he actually stayed open longer waiting on me to get there ,he Gave me a good deal on 2 new tires and was really honest about me not needing 2 front ones yet ,definitely will be my new tire guy, thanks alot

Definitely recommend! Its in the cut but I assure you, if you need tires, it's worth it. Fast and you can't beat the price.

Great place we got a set of tires used with a lot of tread on them for a very good price. I must have called around 10 places he had the best price and value. Paul takes very good care of his customers cars to I would recommend to anyone thank you Paul for your help and hard work.

EZ Tire and Auto truly saved the day for us. We had a flat tire on the highway near Kingsport just as all the tire places were closing until Monday. We called from Kingsport and EZ Tire and Auto stayed until we got there on our little tire and replaced the flat, allowing us to get home to Memphis the same day. We are forever grateful!!

I have bought used and nearly brand new tires, for years. I’ve always tipped well, due to their low prices and hustle to get you back on the road. The few negative reviews surprise me . Google take off the guy who had such a hard time , that he went back again for tires lol. Character shows guys. Keep um rollin

Paul was a life saver this past weekend. My mom and I got a flat tire in Kingsport, TN on a Saturday at 5:00 pm. The only tire shop open until 6 pm in that area helped us get our spare tire on and helped us find Paul, the only shop that was open later than 5:00 on a Saturday AND had a tire that matched what my mom's Volvo needed! We drove 100 miles on a small spare tire to Paul in Knoxville who was there waiting for us at 7:50...he closes at 8!! He stayed late knowing we were in route and in desperate need to get a tire and get back on the road to West TN. He even had us text him location updates to keep tabs on when we'd be arriving. He got us back on the road in less than 25 minutes! We are SOOOOO thankful! Thanks Paul! We are so happy to have found you!

I went there to get a used tire and he said it would be $50 to above and then I told him I didn't have that much and I asked him if he could plug he said plug in would be almost as a used tire in my opinion this is not a good place get the most money out of you I would not recommend this place the best place that I found that will not take advantage of you is batteries and tires on Central they don't try to take you for everything that you got they actually tried to help

CROOK, LIAR , SCAM ARTIST !!!! Negative 20 stars !!!!! Takes advantage of a widow and her 81 and 83 year old parents who hit a pothole on I-75 and have one flat tire and one on the verge. Sells us junk, as soon as they leave one tire is going flat. Says if we can make it to his shop he’ll fix it knowing we wouldn’t. Charges 475 dollars . Found out one was plugged with a 1/2” gash, that was again open. All I can say is there’s a special place for people like this, I feel sorry for people who feel big when they are stealing from the vulnerable. To your response Paul : Shame on you for blaming the victim. You are a so called business owner who does not , nor can not stand by their work. You are not a person or business owner that is a genuine hard worker who will deliver on their word and stand behind their work. You see an opportunity to take advantage of others and you take it and for that you seem to be really proud. Well I hope you live a happy life. Remember this word Karma.

Paul was great at fitting me into his shops busy schedule. He sent his mechanic, Jessie, to my house to work on my car and get it driving. Jessie had so much knowledge about my 2020 Mazda 6. When other shops couldn’t help me these guys could. Their professionalism and great prices has set them apart from other mechanic shops. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

No longer offer tire service! Told me I need to pull around to front when I arrived bc I had pulled to back bc that’s what I had done before. Told them I needed a tire and they replied “we don’t do tires anymore!” . When they clearly had used tires in back behind a partition.

Took my car there to get the breaks replaced and afterwards I noticed that my car was having all sorts of issues. The car makes a strange vibration sound when I drive and the brakes seem kind of off when I hit the brakes.

After calling and talking to Paul just to get the run around and finding out that ez tires is the same guy. Was told 25 dollars a tire any sz any tire 25 flat rate and out the door. I waited 45 min. With no one showing up then lied to again about the address but all in all the last address he sent me to was central tires and they explained everything to me so shame on u Paul and u can go eat a bag of d!c$s!!!! And central tires will be getting my recommendation ty to the guys there but not u Paul anyways imma end my review here before I expose Paul for the pos he really is.
