Attendents took the change I had in cup holder, and did not even attempt to wipe down the inside. Terrible job, and paid $29 which was a complete waste. Specifically went here and paid extra because I didn’t feel like doing myself, will not return.

We loved this place before. Not sure if it's new management, but the staff is horrible now ... rude, don't do a good job and expect a tip. They raise the price $20 for each category and you get horrible service. No thanks anymore, going to Wow or Tommy's for less and i'll wipe and vacuum myself.

I had a terrible experience at this car wash and won't be returning. I paid $55 for their most expensive wash, which included a full interior clean. From the start, the woman at the register had a bad attitude and was dismissive of my questions, despite it being my first visit and there being no other customers. When I got to the cleaning area, two young men were goofing around and asked what I wanted them to focus on. I explained that I have a white Husky who sheds, and I specifically asked them to vacuum everything thoroughly. It took them less than ten minutes to clean the inside of my car. In a hurry, I didn't check their work before tipping them $5 each. Unfortunately, when I inspected the car the next day, I found streaks all over the windows, the back of the car wasn't fully vacuumed, and none of the chrome or interior had been wiped down, despite paying extra for it. I’m extremely disappointed with the service and will not be returning. Lesson learned—always check before tipping or leaving!

I am so disappointed with this “complete“ detail. I just got home from fabulous Freddy’s about 10 minutes ago, they completed my service in 2 hours (website states a complete detail takes 3.5 hrs or so) which is understandable if they have enough staff to help. However, the trunk was untouched and center console as well. Prior to the appointment, I was asked if there is anything I wanted them to focus on and I mentioned the dog hair preferably. They stated the only thing they couldn’t get to was the back seat where a car seat left a mark, which is totally fine. But missing the entire trunk, ceiling, and center console is not a complete detail. The service is not worth the amount of money paid for this. If you want a complete detail, save your money and don’t go here.

The outside of the car looked pretty good, but none of the windows were cleaned very well!! And for $45 you would think it would be a better job. I was very disappointed.

I was just there and left 10 minutes ago and yes, people are very friendly there. However, when it came to cleaning my car, that's another story. My dash doesn't appear to have been wiped down as I can still see dust on there. They did vacuum and it does look nice, However, they did not vacuum between the seats and there's still a lot of Junk between the seats that were not vacuumed. It appears that they have some fingers stain marks on my handlebars in my front and on my door where they were supposedly cleaned , and you can tell it looks like greasy finger prints. They never let up the seats back up to the upright position to vacuum in the back as they were pulled down. I tried to call them, but no one ever answers. I was going to have him do these VIP detailing, but kind of feel glad that I didn't do that because they can't even do the basic. I spent 115 dollars. Very disappointed. Still can't find good Detailing here

I was very unhappy after paying for what I thought would be great service. Cup holders were dirty, carpet wasn't vaccumed, seats weren't wiped, window was smeary. I might as well have done it myself. I should have read other reviews before going as this seems to be common outcome for them. Stay far away!!

This is my favorite car wash in the area. They always do a great job cleaning the interior of my jeep, and the do a wonderful job removing dog hair. My vehicle always feels brand new after leaving. And the staff is friendly, too!

Freddie’s used to be the best car wash in the NW. Must be poorly managed now! Lot worker just looking around like they have no clue what they are doing! Poor job all the way around.

Tyler (Bat Man) and Shane at the Montecito location were outstanding! Tyler (Bat Man) was professional and personable and has an excellent customer service attitude as a cashier! Shane's extraordinary attention to detail resulted in a magnificent appearance of my SUV. He was friendly, polite, and demonstrated an excellent work ethic. Thank you both for a 'FABULOUS" experience!!

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! I took my daughter's car today 04/14/24 for an inside and out wash,, paid $45 plus $10 tip. Unfortunately I didn't inspect the car before I left, my fault for trusting that they would do their job well. Got home and my daughter started to show me how dirty the car still was and she couldn't believe I paid $55 for that. The cup holders were still dirty, they didn't even vacuum the trunk, streaks everywhere around the car, windows still dirty and etc... Fabulous Freddy's at Montecito you should be ashamed of the quality of service you are providing, definitely not worth it!

I had a not so fabulous experience at Fabulous Freddy's today. After I paid $45 for the best interior/exterior wash they offered, I asked the cashier about the sign I saw on the cashier window offering a gas discount with any car wash. The girl explained to me that I couldn't get that this time because I already paid for the wash. Crazy since I didn't even see the sign until I was waiting for her to run my credit card. When I went inside the station to wait for my car wash to be done, I told the manager on site about this and she told me she would give me the discount and just come back inside when I was ready to get gas. How inconvenient. After waiting almost 1 1/2 hours for my car to be finished, the guy who came and got me apologized for the wait. At this point I expected the car to be sparkly clean and I was sadly disappointed. Half of the cars interior had been missed and was still dusty. Cup holders hadn't even been wiped out. I pointed this out to the guy and he started wiping and when I realized how much was missed, I decided to talk to a supervisor. He and another guy started also wiping my car and apologized for it not being right the first time. I thank him and left. Once I got home, I realized that still many things had been missed. Very disappointed to have waited so long, paid so much and got a crappy job.

Will never get my car serviced there again. Was shifted around in lanes I lost track. Only to be thrown to the back of the bus to start over waiting again while watching other cars I started out in front of being worked on.

Came to get a slushy, I used 1 of the smallest cups they had. I wanted to taste test the other 3 flavors. 1 employee who looks Hispanic or mexican and has brown/light brown highlights( I'm just describing her. I believe her name is alicia, but i could be wrong. I tried to get her name, but then she put her sweater over her name tag, and then none of the employees knew who I was talking about all of a sudden). She watched me since I started to test the different flavors. I turned my head, and I thought she wanted to get a slushie, and so I stepped back and said, "Oh, sorry, I didn't know you were behind me waiting. ". She then says, "Oh no, go ahead, continue.". She continued to stand there watching my every move. Then the moment i thew the cup away even though she saw me looking to rinse it out (at that point, i changed my mind to get a bigger size). She rudely told me, " These cups aren't free, you can't just use it to test it, then throw it away." I understand that, but 1. There was NO SIGN saying that. 2. I only used 1 cup to test all the other 3 flavors. One had coconut in it, and I didn't realize that until I tasted it. I couldn't rinse out the cup to get the coconut flavor out, so I got a new and even bigger cup (which is more money than the smaller cup). Lastly 3. If it's such a big problem, have smaller taste tester cups out. She came at me like I got a new cup for each flavor and was rude acting like she personally paid for the cups. Like I said before, I understand what she is saying, but if it's such a big problem, get smaller testing cups and put a sign up. Theres NO reason to be rude and to stand behind a customer watching their every move. I've been to this location before. No other employee has ever said anything to other people who I saw do this exact thing.

Stefan, the manager needed to know boundaries and limits on touching someone’s property without permission. He just opened our car door without asking for permission or at least knocking first to catch our attention, we have a baby in the car. . *also please do a random drug testing. He’s not fit and not well knowledgeable for the job. *recommendation for extra service or as Add on. -tire shine Because, we always get our car wash here and they always do the tire shine with just the tips. This is how they recommended for us to do for 5 years now just so you know Stefan. Because there’s no option on just to add that on. Maybe do your job and add that option for customers.

This was my birthday present and the windows were not clean, roof had streaks, wheels were not cleaned. These are things I would expect with a normal car wash, not when we paid $270.00. You got me once but. Not twice. We we will not be back will not be back

A basic inside and outside cleaning is okay, workers still leave residue, but if you're in a hurry this is not the place - I was there from 7:35am to 9am with only a few cars before me and they still left the car wet.

I've used this car wash since I moved to Las Vegas back in 2014 and I'll have to say, it feels like it's been going slightly downhill. When I first used this car wash, everything worked like a charm but recently, the quality of the car wash has been hit-or-miss because at times some of the sprayers and/or brush(es) don't even work. I know there's a lot of car washes around the valley that is better than this one; however, for the area it's in, I still enjoy coming here. The prices are reasonable and I really appreciate that this business supports the men and women in the military and its Veterans. Until they build a legitimate car wash within close proximity to my residence, I'll still continue to come here. Definitely recommend this place to others.

It did take a while, but they did a wonderful job, especially on the interior. There were just a few spots that weren't completely clean but seeing as the car hadn't been detailed in 13 years, I can't really fault them. All of the employees were kind and courteous. I'll definitely go back the next time my car needs detailing.

A VIP wash of $30 gets me a dirty windshield, particularly wiped inside and dirty tires. Very disappointing service! They always say, oh if something isn't right we will fix it. Well, how about doing it right to begin with?

Everyone one here looked at my van and just kept moving it forward never once touching it. Yet 3 cars behind me a brand new truck. Everyone on that. Then this young punk it destroying my van with his attitude. I'm so passed off at this place. Workers hate there job. Lots of cussing.

Got my car washed this past Saturday...Worst car wash ever!!!... I despise the question they ask. "What areas do you want us to focus on?".....Duh!...The Whole Car...needless to see my car was dirty still...Windows were smudge, waters spots allover, cup holders & in between seats not vacuumed...Spending $25 on a substandard "Basic Wash" is ridiculous...Next time I'll go down the street for $7 and vacuum & dry it off myself...

I should have read first - I could have washed my car myself since it looks like it was rinsed and wiped off! They spent all of 2 mins wiping it down Rims dirty, water leaking from mirrors, windshield dirty Am pissed cuz I tipped thinking it was clean for $25 NEVER AGAIN WILL I VISIT HERE

Just got home from getting my car "detailed". I told the lady I wanted a full detail, the best of the best, because I plan on trading my car in tomorrow. She's like okay that will be $45. I said, are you sure, it usually costs way more than that. She told me the process went down. Took about 30 minutes and my car was done. Go outside, everything is still gross, sticky, dirty, and nothing was clean. I ask the guy what was going on. He said that's what I paid for. I told him no I paid for everything to get done. He said no I should of gotten a detail. I told him that's what I asked for. He said that cost way more. I said we'll can I just pay the difference and get that done. His friend goes wellll we are really busy right now. I said you mean to tell me I paid $45 for a car wash and a vaccum, when I could of easily gone through a drive through and vacuumed my car out on my own.

📢 **Attention Fabulous Freddy's Car Wash (Montecitio) Customers! 📢 I had an extremely disappointing experience at Fabulous Freddy's today, 12/03/23. 😞 I paid $45 for the "Best Wash" package, expecting VIP service with Ceramic Boost, Flashwax, Wheel Wax, & Interior Dressing. Unfortunately, the reality was far from the promise. 👎 The windows were smeared, exterior dirty, and interior poorly cleaned with missed spots everywhere! 😡 Paying five times the basic wash for such poor workmanship is unacceptable. I've reached out to Fabulous Freddy's for resolution, but I felt it's important to share my experience.
