I contacted "Corporate Customer Service" with my concerns. They said they would look into it and get back with me. Never heard back. Boat N RV’s willingness to mislead, deceive and confuse senior citizens into purchasing a unit that was advertised as NEW and should have never been on the sales floor without a disclosure of that it had over $9000.00 repairs needed. Boat N Rv, deceptively & mislead us to believe the trailer had a factory warranty. We stated several times, this was the only reason we wanted to purchase new. Also, as to why the trailer was advertised as a “Manager’s Special” and to the reason the “Owner” decided to drop the line. Several opportunities arose to tell us the manufacture was out of business but failed to do so. Of the first 74 days of ownership, BOAT N RV had it in for service 31 DAYS. HOLES AND SOFT ROOF. FLUSH VALVE CRACKED FROM THEM NOT WINTERIZE IT! All work was denied Warranty coverage. I decided to cancel the warranty. This is when I found out from American Guardian Warranty Service that Boat N RV, deceptively rolling their out of pocket cost for the 1 year provided warranty into our quote for a 5-year extended warranty. The quote we received and paid for was actually for the cost of a 6-year extended warranty but were told this was for a 5-year... Boat N RV that they NEVER SENT MY PAYMENT to American Guardian Warranty Service. American Guardian Warranty Service rejected the contract for nonpayment. Due to this, I was entitled to a FULL refund. After 4 months of excuses I contacted JUDGE JUDY. The day after my case was accepted for the show I got a call Boast n RV and they couldn't get me my refund fast enough!!

First of all the advertising of no credit check approval… Flat out lie. Was upfront with them and told them I didn’t have a good credit, but I could possibly pay cash for an RV. Guess they didn’t take me seriously! Never mind, I just sold a house in Palm Harbor, Florida for $590,000 Looked at two used RVs told her to come up with the best prices they could on them and I’d pick one. My son was actually encouraging me to buy both of them. One was $30,000 the other $15,000… Never heard back from them guess I’m looking elsewhere!!! 🤷‍♀️ Don’t judge a book by its cover. FYI, I also just paid $110,000 cash for 6 acres just down the street from them.

We bought a cabin cruiser from here paid close to 5 grand for it during the pandemic was trying to find me and hubby a home for when the kids all moved out had it a few days. It would not run it leaked like no tomorrow. When we had a huge rain storm the motor got flooded. They told us that it started when they parked it that their mechanics over looked it. And yes it did need some work that we could see and was willing to deal with but we are not rich people. And we could not afford to fix it they did not care that they tricket a poor person into buying something they swore was not that bad. I got stuck having to scrap it for trailer price and took a huge and I do mean huge loss. All the stress due to this caused me to be unable to control my blood pressure in the end I had a stroke. And that is because of the greed of humanity. And their lack of care for each other. So many really need to find God and can not say their hearts are open to him if they allow Greed one of the 7 deadly sins to control their live.

Was on a trip today with a good friend and had vehicle trouble on the interstate so I told mu buddy to pull over and let me check out the issue with his Lil foreign sports car!!! I decided it was a fouled spark plug or two... I pulled one out and walked about a mile or so to this establishment and proceeded to the parts department where I asked 2 pretty females for a replacement plug they asked what it was for and I replied for an atv lol thinking I was in for a long afternoon! I was met with responsive and kind service from both females and to boot they were knowledgeable about the subject!!! Long story short if I had more time I would have got the girls number from Florida and taken her out for a nice dinner! If I had caught her name I would post it cause she was amazing!!! They was quick to serve me even tho I was out of my element!!! Over all service is key to any buisiness and I will be stopping back by some day to commend that department and employees!!! The 16 dollar plugs was exactly what it took to get us back on the road!

We had a trade-in deal and Hunter was so helpful from start to finish. All the mechanics were polite and attentive as they assisted us with moving some things from one RV to the other. I highly recommend doing business with these awesome people. Not only did we get a free food voucher for their on-site restaurant but we got to stay a few nights at the company owned RV park next door! Win, win all the way around.

We had a wonderful experience with Natasha and Kaleb the purchase of our new camper was so smooth and painless. Seeing how they work on the campers and ensure anything broken is fixed prior to sell was a big comfort. It seems they actually care about the product they put out and the families they sell to!

We were bribed to write a nice review for a $20 gift card. Hunter (finance kid) was asking our info and my husband said he made ***** amount and hunter looked up and said “do you want a boyfriend?” As if we weren’t married and I wasn’t there. Not acceptable and I made a big deal at the moment but the other sales guy was like oh he’s just playing he’s a good kid, I wasn’t laughing !! I was very displeased at that point. We loved the camper we were working on got approved told our friends and family and then they call saying they needed more money and payments were going up. So when we are ready, we will be paying cash for another camper and will not be returning here! Horrible business!

Do not buy from this place got a camper from them last August went back to get a fifth wheel knew the price said I was getting 25 k for trade in they jack up price on new one 30 k they are are out to screw you. Will never go back when to cookeville and got a great deal

Horrible car dealer type of salesmanship with hidden pricing. They wouldn't give me a detailed list of options with pricing on the camper we wanted. I was a cash buyer, and they completely drove me back out the door with their sales tactics. Their online advertising is also very misleading. Also, I made it clear what type of camper I was there to look at, and why, yet they still tried to sell me on other brands/models. Just don't waste your time. Anything you see online for say 24k, will end up costing you in the mid 30's with little to no optional accessories. They will literally charge you 3k for a delivery/destination fee even if you pick a camper sitting on the lot already. It's bad.

I bought a 100k boat from these people and it showed up damaged and was further damaged by the crew that brought and installed the top deck furniture. The cover for the top and bottom were badly incorrectly made plus several other issues and deficiencies. I did not receiver ANY manuals for the boat or ancillary systems, 2 months, so far, of one excuse / lie after another. I have zero faith that anything will ever be corrected / warrantied. these people are horrible. update after a complaint to the attorney general of TN they came out and fixed a couple of the issues, but....still no tow bar they "fixed" the paint scraped off the front from the trailer BUT, you can still see the damage plain as day, did nothing for the ceiling that is leaking and pieces of trim are coming off, they stuck a couple more poles under the cover which did not come close to fixing it. several other issues not even addressed. Two and a half years later and the floor is rotting out I'm looking at redecking the entire boat.

It has been an awesome experience here for being first time buyers! Sam and Natasha are awesome. There are things to keep the kids busy so it isn't boring for them. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a new Camper! They have made this a great experience for us and our new adventure.

Horrible place, DO NOT BUY from these people. They push all the extra warranties and extra benefits when making a sale but when you actually need to use the “extras” it’s all a lie. We bought a BRAND NEW camper in 2019 and it’s now not even useable. We always took the best care of it and checked the roof like we were suppose to. We went camping Labor Day weekend 2022 and as we were leaving the campground we noticed our back bedroom wall was pushed out from the side.. we take it to this crappy place (boat and Rv) and they let it sit out in the rain letting water get in our camper and snow days. We told them to fix the camper and they didn’t do anything.. we were first quoted a price of 1500 to fix it. This place called my husband to come pick it up, so we assumed it was fixed, it wasn’t. When my husband got there to get it they raised the quote to around 8k. We had to pay 1600 dollars just to pick up our camper that they DID NOT even fix. I’m pretty positive this place is still in business only because of illegal things that goes on there. It’s not because of the sales I guarantee you that. I only was able to give this place one star because that was the lowest of them all… they don’t even deserve one. Pathetic place of business!!!

The worst place to do business. They forge documents to get bank loans and tag and title work done, and the work environment is toxic due to sexual and homophobic harassment and if you don’t do the illegal stuff they want you to do they won’t pay you. Highly recommended not to do business here. All the campers have water damage and mold throughout and they hide damage to sell units. Dirty used hypodermic used needles and blood stains all through several campers and they were not properly decontaminated via hazmat regulations for biological bodily fluids. Reported to upper management and was told it’s not their problem. I suggest you don’t do business here for your family’s safety if you don’t want a blood stained camper that’s not been decontaminated correctly.

Our 2007 Pilot broke down and we stopped here for help as we were a long way feom home. These were thee nicest people and the receptionist was extremely helpful.
