I've been taking my car to Factory Muffler for almost 15 years. I go clear over Chicago from South Side to North Side to get there. Avi's place is really a throwback to an earlier and, in this case, better time. What you get is an expert's diagnosis and advice (think Tom and Ray of Public Radio fame), straight talk from the head man and prompt and utterly honest and good service.

Salute to this team. I cant be thankful enough to the great service everytime I have a routine oil change. Gabby the customer service gave me always a very good details about my upcoming appointment. Ofcourse, hands down to Aviv and its team. Aviv always a straight forward guy. I’ve had once a breakpad change, upon Aviv recommendation its still have more life left and can still use it for about 3-4 months more of life. But I told him just replace it so I dont have to worry from now on. You know when a person has to be true by himself, its what that makes a big difference to have a good relationship. Thank you factory muffler. See you soon again.

Fast work and Fair prices. Have gone there for two exhaust repairs. When I couldn’t make it to pick up my car on a Friday night they even kept it over the weekend without a storage fee.

I don’t have nothing good to say about this place and when I took my truck in with a warranty, he lie to my husband and told him that my warranty didn’t want to pay for my truck to get fix and when I call my warranty and my warranty told me that he lie and they never told him that and he just don’t want to fix my truck. He should just told me the truth that he didn’t want to fix it and I will understand that but like I say I don’t got nothing good say about this place. I have a bad experience and they only get 1 star from me.

Can’t say enough good things about Aviv and his team. I’ve been in multiple times for routine service as well as car problems, and Aviv and his team are always prompt in getting me in and working with my schedule. They do good, quality service at a fair price and beyond that they are trustworthy—they will be honest about what needs to be done when! Waiting for my car I’ve also witnessed them helping a older patron put air in her tires, free of charge making them an excellent community minded business. Their hours are tricky with my own work schedule but I work around it because I simply won’t go anywhere else! They are the best

03/01/24 - Aviv and the entire staff were excellent. Went in to replace my exhaust for an ‘05 C-class (fell off due to rust) and Aviv provided the best options and price from highest (original OEM) to most affordable. Great customer care and fast service. Highly recommend!

Above really knows his business, which is car repair. He can really provide advice on when a repair is necessary, and when you can save some money And do a simpler fix. He is rock solid, charges reasonable prices and doesn’t do unnecessary work
