I worked with Terry. He was great, he realized we were out of towners, pushed us to the front of the line and got us out of there in no time with our issued solved. Price was fair, facilities were typical, and the team was awesome and informative.

Got scammed for 1100$ for them to fix my struts terry the owner called it a “Monroe sway bar kit” basically that means the struts and bar his words were “it’s a 100k mile purchase you won’t need it for 100k miles” he sweet talked a strut job to someone who doesn’t know cars ended up googling this stuff after the work they did he charged me 1100 for a strut job he did in 2 hours and charged me 300$ for labor and now the car is making the same noise. Terry is a scammer so not come here! It was an 1100$ scam oh he wanted to charge 1350$ but gave me a “discount”

Brought my car in for check engine light. Each time they repaired car, same code would come back on within a few days. They kept insisting there was more wrong with car but everything has been replaced that would cause code to come on. Found out by different shop that there was a gap in the pipe leading to catalytic converter, which they also replaced, causing more issues. For a shop to specialize in emissions, they did a poor job, would Not recommend them they to me are crooks. Everytime I got my car back, there was more issues.They are snotty to you when you walk in door, like you are bothering them. Worst service I ever received and I spent a lot of money . Do not trust them

Came here to get an oil change and ended up in an argument with one of the repair men driving other ppl’s cars recklessly. Go here if you want some bald man to almost smack into your car in a parking lot, lay on his horn after almost hitting YOU (in a parking lot) and sticking his chest out at you like he’s going to intimate you while the people in charge watch their little bald man harass a woman and a customer in their store. Diaz behind them is a much better spot with better service and Midas parts. I’ve never been called out of my name or nearly assaulted there cuz I bet without witnesses that man would have laid hands on me.

I had to replace the undercarriage of my car. These guys took care of me on the spot, with no hassle or fuss, Scott especially. I will return, but hopefully not too soon. 😌

I called from my All Parts Auto Supply shop in Justice, IL to Fair Muffler got me 'in the door sooner!' - lucky me! These guys got the job done within a shorter than longer window of time. They gave me a diagnosis I authorized repair on the part I could afford and out the door and on the road before you know it. I would recommend Fair Muffler highly. 😎

Had a great experience been my first time there Roberto one of the mechanic guys was very friendly and explained everything that was wrong with my Nissan Armada and fix the misfire the other mechanic were nice as well definitely will be going back for any car trouble I have in the future thanks you guys are the best love this place

Terrible! Car was in worse shape after they worked on it. Manager hollered at me. Do not recommend at all! Stay away.

They do very good work and they are honest . My wife has had her car in there several times. She has a hard time walking and they offered to take here home after dropping off the car.
