They will always be my go-to shop for repairs on my vehicles. They are very professional and knowledgeable, work fast and have reasonable prices. Chip is generous and always goes above and beyond to get us in quickly and helps us when we run into any vehicle issues.

Nope. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼Don’t do it. GO ELSEWHERE. SMH, the 3rd time(I know WHY would you trust them more than twice?!🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️), and after almost $300. in repairs, it’d be another $700.+ to repair my AC. The parts & labor they quoted/diagnosed was NOT the repair I got when picked up my car 😲🫨😳? ‘Oh, I just got the part/diagnosis & repair needed wrong. Sorry, my fault. I miss spoke.’ I was still expected to pay over $700. AND my dash now has a crack in it…’yeah, he had to go in thru the dash..’ 😳🫣😠—(I have photos: before & after) so I trusted they’d ’make it right’ —they said they would…- -I’ve waited over 3 weeks for their call back to repair the damage, but nothing. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 I recommend go somewhere/anywhere else.

I definitely recommend this place. After taking my car to 3 different macanics I was close to giving up on my car fully. A family friend recommended this place to us so I decided why not give them a try. Well after 3 different shops not being able to figure out what was wrong with my car this shop FINALLY does. I'm beyond grateful to have a fully running car again. I highly recommend taking your car here!!! They are also very sweet and caring guys

Fairmont is the only shop that has ever worked on my cars. I won't take them to anyone else. And I'm talking 20 + years. So that should tell you something about this shop. I've only met Chip since the change of hands, I really like this man he seems to be straight up with you and that's just the way I prefer it to be. Only shop for me. 5 stars plus. Have never had any problems at all about there work.

I’m not going to go back.The place came highly recommend.My truck was stalling. It took several weeks to get it back. The air conditioning was also replaced.In total it was there over two months.Today in frustration I picked it up.It did start but no work was completed in over three weeks.Driving home there was no air conditioning.”Bring it back “No. I feel taken advantage of,The bill for $2,400.Really smarts. I hope another business can fix it.

Chip and Matt are awesome they are very thorough with the job they do...they are old school mechanics which is very few and far to find anymore they make sure the job is done right and they don't rush and play the guessing game....they don't charge you outrageous prices you're not just a $ sign they do the job right the first time I would and will recommend them to anyone who wants a great mechanic with personality and experience....you guys have a new customer from now on!!!! you guys are great keep up the awesome job!!! thank you for the work you did on my SUV it's running great!!!!

I won't get into the saga of the crazy gal who heard noises coming from her jeep yet no one could figure out what it was no matter how much money she threw at them...but I will say, that long tiring journey has come to an end thanks to the awesome folks at Fairmount. Sam Elliot- I mean Chip, in particular, was amazing with communicating and more importantly finding and rectifying the silly mistakes the DEALERSHIPS made. Always stand behind small auto shops ✊️

I took my car in to have my brakes checked out. I was told to be there at 8 AM. I sat there with a family member for about an hour. The owner decided that he would show up. He continuously I had an attitude and complained. He said he did not have time for this. I guess he was having family problems. He told me he could not tell me when he was going to get to my vehicle to work on it. I just took my keys and left. There was three other people waiting on them to Open up in the parking lot. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this business to anyone. I’m glad that these people did not work on my vehicle because they cannot keep mechanics on the job.

This is the worst repair shop I’ve ever been to. I dropped my car off at 9am on Friday and was told it would be done at 11:30am. I’m come to pick it up at 12:30pm only to find our nothing has been done to the car but they assure me it will be done by the end of the day. I was irritated yet tried to be understanding. I call them back at 5:30pm and no one is answering the phone. They close at 6pm yet they had the audacity to leave early and lock my keys up in the shop without giving me a call first. As a result, I could not get into my apartment that night. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE!!!!
