Seems like a good place for buying tires.., I was picking up a set of tires for a friend, that ordered or at least inquired about a specific size and got a price.... Unfortunately someone dropped the ball and mis quoted and I drove thru rush hour for nothing... Oops.... We should have been more diligent.

After waiting in line for over an hour (because they're extremely slow) they told us we couldn't get our tires replaced because of the lock on them. Guy claimed they couldn't remove it and that NO ONE would remove it anywhere else i went, that i would have to go to the dealer. I told him thats not true because NORMANDIE tires has repaired a tire before and removed it. They said no thats impossible (so basically calling me a liar). Anyway, I left with my purchased tires and sure enough NORMANDIE tires happily and competently unlocked the tires and put another screw to keep them unlocked and also replaced all tires I purchased from fairmont. Yes, I was charged a fee of course but, I will gladly pay extra for friendly and extremely fast service (I didn't want to return to fairmount and never will) The guy at NORMANDIE tires changed ALL tires within 20 minutes, if that, could've been less time. Incompetent and just plain lazy workers at fairmount.

Fairmount tires has excellent service and price. If you need to check the price, you can call ahead and they always give the lowest price around. Service is pretty simple. Just wait in line and theyll have you drive into one of their three garages to change your tires. You may wait for an hour or so but youll save money in the long run. Go early to beat the long lines!

I have been a customer since 1990. I purchased a new set today Sept 18, 2024 and as usual,I got a det of 70,000 ml tires, mounted for $488. I refuse to buy tires any where else!

Luvvvvv this place the owners getting older but the service for Women need’n Top Advice along with Top service…. Goo no further.. Quick story… Daughter we thought needed tires, paid for them awaiting service…. Service tech HONEST indicated we needed a plug and steam replacement and we’re good 2 go… Outstanding for ME… Four Cars later since 1990 I’ve been a Loyal Customer… It’s good to know the little guy still looks out for WOMEN ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They don't let you look at the tires before you pay. You get what you get. Like in my situation I told them what type of tires I needed but when I drove off got home they had place the wrong ones (size). So the bad part is got to get in line AGAIN even though it was their mistake. One thing is there's a long wait because the line is long. The price of tires are okay.

Tires aren't all that cheap compared to other tire shops. Insurance is wack don't have lifetime insurance like other places. Their line system is not in order cars behind me got serviced before me. And I been here for 2 hrs. Workers just playing around standing around.

Workers standing around and not servicing my car. The guy I got has been standing and drinking his juice staring at me and my wife. I know I came here to get my Tires changed but there’s no reason for me to be here 3 hours and not get service I paid 400$ for. Seriously the people here look and stand around until they’re forced to work? Like they applied and work here so why do they have to be told what to do and when to do it ? It’s embarrassing to see this line on the street and embarrassing that I’m now a part of this. Will never come to this place again due to the wait time. You will see people here in their cars watching movies because that’s how long it takes. I could’ve watched 2 movies with the wait time they’re giving me. They should have a concession stand around here that sells popcorn and drinks if they’re gonna be having wait times like this. You will find better service somewhere else if they’re trying to get your tires quick and done. Don’t come if you’re in a rush because you’ll be here wanting to clock in and do the work yourself.

Bought 4 supposedly "new" tires in December 2023. It is end of July 2024 and I have replaced 3 so far. Please do not fall for the hype. I wasted $900 with a limited warranty, no options , no help.

I drove all the way here from the Valley because I knew they had great prices and I had to replace all 4 tires. I got there maybe 10 minutes after opening and there was already a line! The line took about an hour, and the actual tire change took maybe 20 min. All the employees were friendly and helpful, as I was a little confused since it was my first time. I had a great experience and I can’t recommend them enough!

This place made me feel embarrassed & upset. I had a worker by the name of Juan service my car. It started off with him breaking a part of my trunk (the latch) while retrieving the lock for the lugs. I spoke to the manager about it & he took care of that, said he would order me a new part so let’s hope that’s true. Once my vehicle was done I walked over to check out my tires. It looked off to me but I truly couldn’t think of what could be the problem. As I was looking I had a group of worker's just looking over and laughing but I came to the assumption of why they were laughing && it was because the worker placed my tires in a offset position. I didn’t know till my co worker explained it to me. They knew what they did wrong & they just laughed it up. I know nothing about cars so that was very embarrassing for me because I felt dumb like I should know these things. Your going to tell me they really didn’t know what they were doing! How do you accidentally put the front tires in back and the back in front !? I had to take my vehicle back so they can fix their “mistake” although I was too embarrassed & upset I sent one of my male friends because I truly did not want to go back there myself. Yet my friend gets there and they apologize to him saying they don’t know how that happened and the guy who did it was a pendejo. I won’t say anything negative of the pricing or wait time but I will say their workers are unprofessional. I hope no other women has to go through this same situation.
