Charged me $80 for nothing.. I didn’t ask them to do anything but give me an alignment. Car wasn’t able to get an alignment so they charged me $80. Went to Firestone and was given an alignment with no problem and was for a price cheaper than what they quoted me. DONT GO HERE!

I stopped by Fairway Automotive, they are in my neighborhood, because I saw what looked like a nail or screw in my tire. They were more than happy to take a look at it. So I left my car and went back a bit later and I was really glad because I did not have to have my tire fixed as the nail did not penetratate the tire. It was tiny. They did not charge me to check the tire. I offered to pay since they had to put on the rack. They were super nice. 👌

I love that they have you electronic authorize all services provided before they provide them. No fear of hidden costs or extra service, and great customer service

great service to out of town regular visitor who keeps a 1998 vw cabriolet at his brothers home garage in st louis. check engine light …..found to be exhaust air pump injection motor! Thanks so much fir same day diagnosis and service and communications!! Tom

Not to mention how easy they make it to understand what all needs to be done to your baby, then give you the option on what services you want done. The staff was friendly and great to work with! They got me in for a same day pre-purchase inspection when other places I called weren’t able to. They were very knowledgeable and helped build my confidence to purchase a car. They even had spare phone chargers on hand that I was very appreciative of! I’m not local, but I’d recommend them to anyone…whether you’re local or just passing through in need of assistance!

They sent me a thorough explanation of each recommended service (with photos!). Everyone was friendly and courteous. It is a well-run shop, and I will be back. I couldn't be more pleased. My car runs and sounds better than it has in years./Update 11.15.24 I actually believe I might be able to make my goal of keeping this car running well for 400,000 miles. Jim does excellent work. Stacey and Chip in the front are responsive and helpful. I'm amazed at their recall of the details of each service. It's a real pleasure doing business with these people.

I have been to many automotive shops. But this shop takes the cake. From the enjoyable front desk to the mechanics. The mechanic I have had work on my car for the last 10 years has been Sean L. He is the best mechanic I know from his professionalism to work ethic. If you ever need someone to trust diagnosing your car and/or working on it this place is the best and If it were up to me Sean L. Would do all my work!

I've never encountered that before, and it's very helpful to me. They're good people.//Update 10.22.24 I have had another excellent experience with Fairway Automotive. My check engine light came on, and after a previous oil change there were some manufacturer suggestions for my car and its age. I decided to take it in. Fairway is the best. They had a promotion for a free loaner car while repairs were made. There is never a hard sell at Fairway. I will remain a loyal customer.
