If you’re determining where to take your car for repairs, look no further. Faith Works is the place to be. John, Zach, and all team members are very friendly, courteous, and professional. Our 2011 Jeep started overheating and was unable to drive further. We needed it and attempted to make an appointment asap. Unfortunately they did not have anything available at the time so we called another garage to take a look at it. That experience was awful to say the least. That garage basically told us right away we needed a new engine without even looking at it. Bad practice. In the end, that other garage quoted us an insane amount to basically replace everything BUT the engine. Bad business. I called Faith Works again with that news. But instead of telling me a basically need a new car, they said they will take a look at it first and focus on getting the car road worthy again. Here is where FW differs from others: Without making any assumptions they investigated the car and came back the same day with a few repairs which was literally a fraction of what we were quoted by the other place. Not only that, they had it completed in a mere 2 days. No attitudes, no issues, just what you would expect from a great garage. It is always a great day at Faith Works and I highly recommend them for all your car repair needs. Thanks all at Faith Works 🙏

I am so grateful to this team, I cannot be loud enough about my praise for them. They were able to diagnose my bad engine with proof and submit it to my extended warranty company while only charging me for an hour of labor time. They were my desperation 2nd opinion when the Hyundai dealership couldn't diagnose my bad engine after 39 days in their sevice center over the last 9 months and 7k later. The hiccup was the warranty company would only accept an engine claim from a Hyundai dealership, so I had to go back to the dealership that I did not trust at all. BUT, I had all the evidence from FaithWorks and the confidence to confront the the service director. Because of FaithWorks the dealership made it right with me! However, I will be trusting the experts at FaithWorks from here on out with all my diagnostic and car repair needs instead of the dealership.

My car needed urgent care, I found Faith Works and the reviews seemed very genuine. I decided to call in. Long story short those reviews was GENUINE, I felt the energy as soon as I walked in. I knew I had a home I can call “My Shop”. Even tho I didn’t get that car worked on. I know where I’ll take my next one!! Thank you guys

Don't look any further, Faith works is your shop! We have now taken our vehicle to them twice due to their amazing customer service and knowledge. We wouldn't recommend anyone else. They are a fair and reasonable shop. They have never been dishonest and they always give honest quoting when it comes to vehicle maintenance. Our first experience with them was AMAZING! Their staff and team are wonderful and they are humble when it comes to your needs.

I was looking for a mechanic that could help fix an issue with the radiator on my Diesel Ford Excursion. I checked with 4 mechanics and no one would even look at the Excursion because it is a diesel. I found Faith Works Automotive and they agreed to check it out. They called about 4 hours later to let me know the issue was beyond their capability. Luckily they were able to refer me to a mechanic that specializes in diesels. When I went to pick up the truck they did not charge me anything for their time. Their philosophy is if they can't fix it they are not going to charge for their time. They also suggested a different repair that I did not know was needed. Very honest, friendly and timely. I didn’t end up using them for the repairs I needed due to my own financial circumstances, but they did give me a competitive quote and honest feedback. I did ise there services for a before and after diagnostic testing and they were understanding and respectful when I said I was going to do the repairs needed myself. I would definitely recommend them for any service you need done on your vehicle

Always great service! Honest, on time, thorough, friendly - would not go anywhere else. Our van is the only wheelchair accessible vehicle my husband can use and they really help us out with quick and complete service.

Faithworks is the only place I’ll bring my car! They’re honest and do their very best to get you in right away. They were very accommodating when my air/blower motor broke and fixed me up in record time! Which I so appreciate with how hot it is right now in AZ. I am 5 3 years old, worked in body/paint shops at dealerships and private shops and never encountered a more honest and trustworthy group of mechanics in all my experience. When I scheduled unnecessary work I was told, “we’re happy to do it but there’s no reason to spend the money”. I could not recommend Faith Auto more highly.

I am really happy with the repairs to my vehicle and the service. The office people were friendly. Only reason why I didn't give a 5 star is because no weekend services available. If you are looking for a knowledgeable and honest mechanic shop, choose Faithworks! I am a single female with a physical disability and this shop is amazing about working with me. I have used them for services for over 4 yrs. They have always been straight forward an honest, they do not pressure you to spend more or give you false information...they go above and beyond to meet customer needs at a reasonable cost for the work done. I have had many challenges in the last 6 months, they have done work me without adding to my stress. They are compassionate and helpful...I enjoy doing business with them!!!

In todays world it is so hard to find an honest mechanic that is will to do what is in your budgets and the health of the car. After searching high and low I came across faith works. I had originally been quoted $3000 for blown head gaskets. Instead of just going with my assumption faith works looked at the car, and fixed if for a fraction of that! So blessed to have found them

We loved our experience with Faith Works Automotive! Zach & team got us in quickly and did all of the repairs we needed before we were heading out for a long road trip! It gave me such peace of mind knowing some things needed fixing that we didn't realize before being on the road that long. About a month we had another couple issues come up that they fixed within 30 minutes and even called Kia and found out one of the issues was covered under their warranty. They are a blessing and we are grateful to have somewhere we trust that goes above & beyond. Thank you!
