My jeep motor blew and I had to replace the motor, radiator and several other parts. I was looking for a new mechanic because the one I used before retired. I had moved to AJ and did not know any of the automotive repair shops. While looking for a new shop I saw Faith Works and decided to give them my business. Wow, what a professional automotive repair shop! I used to work for Chevron and did a lot of mechanical work so I have a background in older vehicals. Josh keep me informed of the work they were doing, what needed to be replaced and he even took the time to look up some parts for my vehical that were hard to get, including a metal radiator. My vehical runs like a champ and has a 3 year 100,000 mile warranty. I believe some of the ad on parts are 24k miles or two year warranty. I refer my friends to Faith Works and I'm so happy I found a shop with integrity, professionalism and nice folks 🙂 Update: 30 May 2023 I took my vehical in for an oil change, radiator flush and some other work. Faith Works did a nice job and I feel very confident in my vehical's reliability. Past work of a new motor is still running great and my 5 star rating remains the same, 5 Stars! Thank you Faith Works taking care of my vehical 🙂 Update: 1-8-2024 I had a rough start and my check engine light came on, so, I took the jeep to Faithworks. The Faithworks crew checked my vehicle and found that one of my plastic vacuum connectors had cracked. They replaced it and my jeep is running smooth again. Faithworks employees are still as professional, courteous and caring as the first day I met them, I appreciate Faithworks, thank you! Update: 12 June 2024 I had my vehical serviced and Faithworks continues to be a professional and courteous business. They checked my jeep over really well and it continues to run awesome, thank you Faithworks 😊 Rating remains 5 stars 🙂 Update: 9 September 2024 My interior lights failed to turn on when I opened the rear hatch. I looked around the hatch and saw the wiring insulator split and had rubbed the insulation off a few wires. I took my jeep to Faithworks for repair. I thought I would be an overnight stay, but, they had my vehical fixed in a few hours, that was awesome! Courteous, professional and friendly folks at Faithworks, thank you for keeping my jeep running great 🙂 Update: 17 Jan 2025 Power steering started leaking and Faithworks found/fixed the problem. They are courteous and professional, best of all I trust their work 🙂

I have been using this garage since the previous owner. However, these new owners seem honest. They gave me a ride home and picked me back up afterward. I don't have them do my work. They just diagnose the issues, and they get it right every time. They do good work.

Knowledgeable about my car (a little bit older vehicle). Very transparent about pricing. Let me know worst case scenario up front. No pressure. Gave me time to decide how I wanted to proceed. Completed work in a timely manner. I would recommend them to others. My Car. My story. Getting an older car with issues worked on can be scary. Sometimes the issues found while fixing the original problem just keep coming. I had a little bit of that happen to me. I needed a new water pump on my vehicle. I don't think most shops would even consider working on my car. Thankfully they did. The bolts where corroded and they let me know the price of the repair and warned me that if they had trouble removing all the bolts. There would be extra work (possibly very expensive). They couldn't get one bolt out. They contacted me again and clearly explained to me the options and what each would cost. Option one was ~2x as much as the original fix. If option one didn't work, they let me know what option two would cost ~3x original work. They gave me other options to stop the work right there. I told them to proceed. The first option fixed the problem and for less than the new estimated amount. Thank you for clearly communicating to me and being transparent with the potential cost if additional issues where found.

Told me it would be $2500 for my ac to be fixed. I took it to my family mechanic and he fixed the ac for $85. My ac has been working great for a month now! I know 3 other people at my work that they charged the same $2000+ for ac problems. Scums

Went there on my sister's recommendation to get my oil changed. They were fast, considerate, and very thorough. When I picked up my car I was surprised to see that they had even cleaned my very filthy car windows. thank you for taking care of my car guys!

My Mom has a winter home in Viewpoint Resort in Mesa, and a 1994 Mercury Grand Marquis (which my folks “inherited” years ago when the next-door neighbor sold her home). This year (2024) it was Mom’s turn to make the decision to sell her home, and the car was to be included in the sale. Although the style of car was nothing I would have chosen, I fell in love with driving it when I came down to visit. I love driving older vehicles, and I understand as they age there will be repairs. I found Faith Works Automotive (East Mesa) when I was looking for a shop that could install a new antenna and chrome strip for the Mercury. I emailed to ask if they could do the work. I received a great response saying they handled service, not body work, and then gave me the name of a local body shop! That saved me looking further. After the body work was completed, I wanted to give Faith Works Automotive a try with servicing the car. When a car is stored 10 months out of the year, it can take a toll. Cars are meant to be driven. The Mercury needed a new battery. The day I was to take it to them, the battery was “sparking” between the posts and the battery, causing the connectors to become so thin they would barely stay on the posts. I had never seen anything like it. My neighbor followed me to be sure I made it to the shop. When I got to Faith Works Automotive, I was greeted by Josh and Branden. They were friendly and explained to me about the work to be done, estimated costs, and time when it would be done. I felt comfortable the car would be well taken care of, and it was. Not only did it need a new battery, it also needed new post connections. Having seen the old connections, the new ones were solid and secure. I was very happy with the results. As I said earlier, older cars need repairs as they age, and the Mercury, having sat for so long, would also need: -- stabilizer for the drive line -- cleaning the turn signal connections (to keep them “blinking”) -- clearing out carbon buildup to regain the power of the 8-cylinder engine With a new chrome strip and antenna and excellent service from Faith Works Automotive, the car was looking and running better than ever! I wish I had found them years ago. If you’ve read this far, I wholeheartedly recommend Faith Works Automotive at the East Mesa location. It’s right around the corner from Viewpoint Resort, and they offer a courtesy van. I would drop the car off and Branden would drive me home, then come back when the car was finished. This is a major bonus. NOTE to Josh and Branden: We sold the car! The new owner had fond memories of driving the exact model and color Mercury which belonged to his grandfather back in the 1990’s. A perfect ending.

I trust these guys. The prices are fair and they provide options in case you can't fix everything all at once. Basically, "Lucy" my Buick Lucerne and me are taken care of and not taken advantage of. And that is everything.

Josh and Brandon are the most informative people I've ever met that works on our vehicles. They are honest and tell you straight up what's going on with your vehicle. Their prices are fair and they don't do any repairs without notifying you first. I would recommend them not anyone needing car repairs.

Went to Faith Works for an oil change. They were friendly and efficient, stayed on schedule, and didn't try to upsell additional services. They did, however, provide future recommendations and quotes without pressure. I will definitely return!

Back in July my truck died suddenly in traffic, no prior issues or warning. Had it towed to what I thought was still East Valley Auto where I had been a customer for some years. New name, new people... surprise!! Since it was already there, I decided to let them look at it. Called me back same day. Fuel pump died. Needed new fuel filter too. Exactly what I thought. They got it fixed immediately. Was particularly impressed with the diagnostic they performed, it was fairly comprehensive and price was good, rolled it into the final total. Diagnostic confirmed what I figured needed doing down the road, nothing I did not expect, n most of it just basic maintenance I needed done (oil change, various system cleanings n flushings, that kind of thing.) The staff are very friendly and they know their stuff. A few.months later, I had a weird grinding sound suddenly appear in driver side front wheel when I stepped on brakes. I had just done the front brakes, all 4 shocks, and front wheel bearings back in February so I was really puzzled. And the AC had stopped blowing cold a few days before the grinding sound appeared. They did another diagnostic. Front tie rods n rack n pinion and a missing caliper bolt. And discharge hose leak on the AC... (I was waiting on doing the tie rods until this fall, go figure). The guys fixed it all same day and had me back on the road!! Definitely bringing all my business back to them in the future!! Very happy customer!!! (A week later I was the middle vehicle in a 3 car pile up on the I-10 at rush hour...no injuries... both bumpers are destroyed. Still waiting 2mos now for the 3 ins cos to sort out the mess. Wish these guys did body work!!!)

Faith-Works is now my first and only choice for car maintenance. Others have pulled some real pranks, but Faith-Works doesn’t, in fact they work with me, like a friend, rather than to take my money. I don’t trust other car shops, even the dealers any more, but I trust the guys at Faith-Works. Prices are reasonable, too. Last visit was Jan 25, 2024.

I've been taking my car to Faithworks on Alma School and Main St. locations since 2017 and wouldn't go ANYWHERE else. FAMILY OWNED and run, 100% honest and TRUSTWORTHY!! AND they treat you with friendliness and care whether on the phone or in person. YOU ARE ALWAYS A PRIORITY 😀. I've been taken advantage of by BIG CORPORATE CHAINS in a DISGUSTING way several times in my life. Trust is "earned". Faithworks has EARNED my trust in many ways over the years.
