Heidi was pleasant and professional checking me in. I needed a 700# and a driver's license to complete the check in process. She put me in a dock when I arrived 90 minutes before my 1pm appointment. After loading go back to the office for the bol. A+ At Pritchard Rd exit off 295 there are 3 fuel stops now, Pilot, Circle K (outside the loop) and Raceway (inside the loop).

Staff is friendly there's no place to park on the street or property they close at 5:00 p.m. and open at 8:00 a.m. that is a restroom available inside the office

It is 4924 Amazon parks there Trailers on the back side of the building and there is no sign for Falken Tire there is a Gate at the entrance to the building... They need a Sign for this place. Just past Bridgestone Tire 2nd entrance to the left same side as Bridgestone Tire.

Falken should put a sign at the entrance. The car at the entrance doesn't help. Quick and easy in and out . Professional, courteous, friendly staff. Put a sign at the entrance and 5 stars👍
