My name is Elizabeth Dixon. My car was involved in an accident and needed body work. I used Family Auto Body on Mossman Rd. In Tucson. Outstanding company. They will forever be my go-to for auto body work. Chance was the repairman on my car, I can't give Chance enough praise for taking such great care, and keeping me up to date on the repairs, what they were, and the time frame of the repairs. When I picked my car up I was impressed on the job that was done, my car looked brand new. Much praise to you Chance for being so very respectful and thoughtful to me. I will recommend Family Auto Body to everyone that needs work on their car.

I had a car accident on Jun 15th 2023 took it to a body shop gave more than a half $$ to fix it. That guy was asking for More $$ and all what he did it’s disassembled the entire truck and parts didn’t need to. Long story short I had to go and take the truck out with the police because the guy didn’t want to give my truck back. Then took it to family auto shop. They kept it for 6 months full of promises that I was gonna be happy with the results etc. when I got it back it was full of dust inside and outside like abandoned vehicle. A lots of missing buff spots all over full scratches everywhere dents that they supposed to fix it they didn’t they put a back old glass that did not seal properly and the truck floor was full of water took me 3 weeks to clean inside the truck and clean the carpet a cure it for mold. Lots of missing assemblies parts the paint a big mess you were able to see where they stop shooting the paint a lots of heavy spots here and there the grill all loose they didn’t assembled correctly. The paint all over all ripple and wave look because they didn’t prepare the foundation before painting. After talking back to them and told them how upset I was on the cheap job they did. I had to buy a new rear glass a new clips for bumper mark the entire truck all the spots that they told me they had fix it. The second time I took the truck back to fix this problems and I found out the guy I took my truck first is working for them very uncomfortable to know that talk to Kent, Brian, and Brent about that and all the details of the truck. They kept it for another 3 months they didn’t assembled correctly the bumpers and grill a lots of clips that I bought missing bolts and screws and clips missing from inside panels when the install the new glass I bought some of the bolts didn’t belong to the truck they lost the originals I had to finish assemblies all the panels. Allan the wire harnesses from the bed which was removed all out of place gas eve. A bolted etc.. and I can make a huge list of this and I can prove it with all the emails the we wrote to bad communication. They installed parts on the truck that they were broken or not cool to install them because they were bad instead contact me and replace parts. And not to mention all the over paint spray all over the truck inside and outside and the installation of wrong decals that I had to buy the correct ones and have them to install them. And they want me to charge for all the labor for miscommunication and bad parts that they should it put it back in to begin with . A HUGE MISTAKE TAKING MY TRUCK THERE. DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE THIS SHOP. I just felt they ripped me off because they were not link directly to car insurance. NEXT TIME TAKE YOUR CAR WHERE THE INSURANCE TELLS YOU. I just adding 1 more pictures of the poor quality of paint they do first wash and paint came off Had to learn it in the bad way.

My vehicle was damaged due to an accident, my lawyer recommended this shop, so I went with them. After having to call for updates and not getting a call back and they not calling to extend my rental (I had to do it). My vehicle was ready to be picked up after about 2 months. Not even a day later (next morning) I start hearing a loud metal scraping noise (which ended up being the heat shield for the brakes) scraping my brakes and new rotor) and seeing grease everywhere from my front driver side tire area. It turned out to be the cv boot damage/ spilling out everywhere. I took the vehicle back and they accused me by saying it must of happened on my drive home. They stated that they found a slit on the brand new cv boot, and the heat shield scraping the rotor. They said they bent the shield back so it wouldn’t damage my rotor anymore than the damage all ready done. As for the cv boot, they stated they would not fix it since they don’t feel like they caused it. (Accusing me again). Needless to say they did not fix my vehicle to the original condition it should have been in, after they got paid! Now because they got their feeling hurt by me, they refuse to fix the damage. Now I have labor that should be covered by their work and I know they would not help me in the future if their work was faulty. I only know this because I had my lawyer get involved. I feel like this is not only fraud, now I am out of luck if they’re workmanship fails on anything covered!

Dropped off my daughter car with Family Repair Representative "Chance". He explained the entire process, which put us at ease. There were no surprises when it came to finalizing our repair bill. After examining my daughter vehicle, I couldn't tell that it was involved in a collision. If the opportunity should arise, I will definitely be taking my vehicles for body repair service.

Very unprofessional and rude. Employess sharing personal stories in the main lobby about accident situiations they have experiened while saying the F word probably close to 50 times. Manager Joey was very condescending and arrogant. Maybe this place does good work on vehicles but as far as on a personal level I would recommend elsewhere. Place also looked like a dump.

Basically totalled my car. Stil my insurance gave me the run around, andFamily Auto stuck by myside to make sure my vehicle was repaired properly. Chance is a stand up guy and straight forward. Will be working with him again.

Brent is amazing! He goes above and beyond to get you taken care of. He leave a clear line of communication and no question or phone call is a bother to him. He will go to bat for you when it comes to insurance.

I'd give them 0 stars if it let me. Going on 6 months to repair a Tacoma and have been paid. Call for an update and apparently only 1 guy can update you and he's never there. "Leave your number and he will call back." Nope. 6 months and he's never returned a phone call. Just keep calling yourself. Never, ever, ever, ever, waste your time taking your car here for any work.

An excellent Mechanic Business; the staff is truly professional and most polite when visiting in person. Shoutout to Brent, a truly excellent mechanic who really knows his stuff when it comes to mechanical/electrical knowledge. The staff is very good at keeping up with any insurance companies for repairs and are truthful and honest with their clients. I speak from first hand experience working along side the Family Auto/Truck team on my own repairs with my 2014 Chevy Cruze so far and they have displayed fair, honest, and high level professionalism and dedication! Keep up the excellent work you do each day Family Auto/Truck team! I truly appreciate your business and my Family and I will be referring further business for other friends and family in the future! Light body work needed to be done, standard 2015 Ford Focus. It has been 3 weeks no phone call no updates, it was suppose to be done 8 days ago. I have been paying extra for a rental car. Still no word as to when my car will be done. I feel like they are holding my car hostage. I an very disappointed in the timeliness of this job and no communication. How do I get my car back?

When I had my accident, the folks at Family Auto helped me in so many ways. Chance was so detailed and helped me with the whole process. He explained each step with so much patience and kindness and really made me feel like he had my best interest at heart. These people are absolutely amazing and I will continue to use them for all of my car needs!!! If you are unsure of who to use for car repairs, I HIGHLY recommend Family Auto and body!!!! On the phone & in person, everyone that assisted me was professional & courteous. Chance handled my case with the insurance company above & beyond my expectation. Chance kept me informed of communication with the insurance company & progress on my car. The work on my car was extremely high quality & completed within the projected time period. Staff was friendly but the quality of work was horrible and over priced and they left black glue or tar like stuff all over the passenger seat, also the cab had sanding dust inside. They also did a alignment witch was not needed and ended up making it worse I had to take it to another shop and the did not understand why they replaced what they did like they were just trying to sell the extra. But they just made things worse.
