Came in because we thought we needed new brake pads on our CRV, and after they inspected them, said they were good. They even took us for a drive and said sometimes when you get new tires put on, it touches the metal. Such great customer service, and they didn’t even charge us! Next time we need something done, we’ll definitely bring our car here. Thank you guys so much!

I honestly can’t express how magnificent this place is! From the customer service to the repairs! I’ve never trusted an auto shop as much as I trust this place! And as a woman, that says a lot because we really get taken advantage of because some of us don’t know much about vehicles! I wholeheartedly thank you for being honest with us and taking your time to find the problems to service our vehicles!! I’ve been here for 30yrs and I’ve been to a lot of auto shops and return several times with the same problem they supposedly had fixed but not ever return once with the same problem with these guys!! May God continue to send service your way and bless and keep you always, and once again thank you for the honest service that you all provide!!

Super friendly, and very knowledgeable. They not only did the service I needed but fixed a mistake I made and let me know why it wasn't working when I was trying to do it myself. Highly recommend!!

Had an alignment done and a week later one of my front wheels turn sideways pulling out of my driveway. Turns out the "experts' at family auto repair didn't take the time to tighten up one of the bolts. It vibrated off. Good thing I wasn't on the highway when it happened. Won't ever go here again.

They don't do anything they say they are going to do. Please do not take your car to these people. They will take your money without doing the work and their communication is not professional at all. Don't let these people do you like that. Shut them down ASAP

1st time coming to Family Auto Repair. What I thought was just an oil change it turned out to be an oil leak from the gasket. Tyvm Jordan Andrea n staff for ya's honesty n not so expensive job. Had an awesome experience at Family Auto Repair! My car had been making this weird noise, and I was dreading a huge repair bill, but these guys took care of it quickly and didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. They explained what was going on in a way I could actually understand (without all the jargon), and I felt like they were genuinely looking out for me. Car’s running great now, and I know where I’ll be going next time I need work done. Highly recommend!

My brother took me here about 3 months ago when I came back to town . & surprisingly they got me in & finished my oil change very quickly. They were very friendly , they made me feel like family & they weren't rude to customers. I will continue to come to "Family Auto"

Nice shop , I was skeptical at first but after being there for 10 minutes & having my oil changed & my tires replaced I realized this would be my new go to shop . Best shop in my area. I love the customer service & they always let me use my Groupons . Great service !!

Smooth and easy business. I’ve been taking my car here for some time, and even if I only go for an oil change they respectfully let me know what other issues I have. Well informed mechanics and they don’t overcharge.

This place is my GO TO , I go to them all the time . Recently just needed a last minute tire change with me running over a nail . They got me in & got me settled fast . Nobody was rude to me & they worked quickly . If you're in the area looking for a place to go to . Go here !

I came on a short notice to get an oil change & I don't know the man who works there name but he made sure I was in & out quickly & he was very helpful . Customer service is a 10 , & the oil change was fast.
