Do u guys have a 2008 chevy Tahoe with Oklahoma plates still up there it was towed there over a week ago and had some work done on it it hasn't shown back up

My heart actually goes out to these folks. They have been dealing with my warranty company who is absolutely being shitty to all of us, including withholding payment for the work they already approved. They have every right to hound me for that money, but instead they have been nothing but kind and patient. I am hoping for a positive resolution with the warranty company (as are they, I am sure), but no matter who ends up footing the bill, they have absolutely earned every penny.

The employee there drove my truck to put it in a bay and ran it across another customer car damaging both vehicles. When I asked about the damages to my truck (scratch and dent) he shrugged and said he was not an autobody shop and there was nothing he could do. I should have called the police but I was so shocked/confused. Terrible service!!!!

I honestly can’t express how magnificent this place is! From the customer service to the repairs! I’ve never trusted an auto shop as much as I trust this place! And as a woman, that says a lot because we really get taken advantage of because some of us don’t know much about vehicles! I wholeheartedly thank you for being honest with us and taking your time to find the problems to service our vehicles!! I’ve been here for 30yrs and I’ve been to a lot of auto shops and return several times with the same problem they supposedly had fixed but not ever return once with the same problem with these guys!! May God continue to send service your way and bless and keep you always, and once again thank you for the honest service that you all provide!!

Super friendly, and very knowledgeable. They not only did the service I needed but fixed a mistake I made and let me know why it wasn't working when I was trying to do it myself. Highly recommend!!

Came in because we thought we needed new brake pads on our CRV, and after they inspected them, said they were good. They even took us for a drive and said sometimes when you get new tires put on, it touches the metal. Such great customer service, and they didn’t even charge us! Next time we need something done, we’ll definitely bring our car here. Thank you guys so much!

Do not go here they will tell one thing and have your car for days I thought maybe things would be different so I went back to them went in for a ac diagnostic and had car for two days told them I would need my car by the end of the day he replied that’s fine shop says close at 5 arrived at 4 place was closed so now I’m without a car for 5 days again for ac diagnostic

Had an awesome experience at Family Auto Repair! My car had been making this weird noise, and I was dreading a huge repair bill, but these guys took care of it quickly and didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. They explained what was going on in a way I could actually understand (without all the jargon), and I felt like they were genuinely looking out for me. Car’s running great now, and I know where I’ll be going next time I need work done. Highly recommend!

I came on a short notice to get an oil change & I don't know the man who works there name but he made sure I was in & out quickly & he was very helpful . Customer service is a 10 , & the oil change was fast.

My brother took me here about 3 months ago when I came back to town . & surprisingly they got me in & finished my oil change very quickly. They were very friendly , they made me feel like family & they weren't rude to customers. I will continue to come to "Family Auto"

Nice shop , I was skeptical at first but after being there for 10 minutes & having my oil changed & my tires replaced I realized this would be my new go to shop . Best shop in my area. I love the customer service & they always let me use my Groupons . Great service !!

Smooth and easy business. I’ve been taking my car here for some time, and even if I only go for an oil change they respectfully let me know what other issues I have. Well informed mechanics and they don’t overcharge.

They don't do anything they say they are going to do. Please do not take your car to these people. They will take your money without doing the work and their communication is not professional at all. Don't let these people do you like that. Shut them down ASAP

This place is my GO TO , I go to them all the time . Recently just needed a last minute tire change with me running over a nail . They got me in & got me settled fast . Nobody was rude to me & they worked quickly . If you're in the area looking for a place to go to . Go here !
