I definitely recommend them. They are competent, honest, good people and reliable. Matt and the mechanics are such great honest people. They were the only ones who allowed my 95 Corvette to be serviced because others didn't work on anything that old. They didn't charge outraged prices and they are fast and reliable. Definitely recommend. They've been in business for a long time for a reason. Places as good as this are hard to find.

I was referred here by Family Auto Center because they had a promotion on Groupon in used tires because my tire busted while driving. As soon as I got home the next day my tire that I had just bought from this location was already flat again. So I went to another shop and they told me that the faulty tire that they sold me was too small for my car.

We have takin vehicles to Ben’s auto repair for years now. Didn’t realize it’s been this long till I seen a past receipt just yesterday from 2015. He’s a great person, God fearing, and a great technician. Also Project 44 would love your used vehicles for people with no transportation. They are a great group of people and we love them. 💜

I understand why they don’t take outside parts in to an extent but common the parts are still sealed in the plastic wrap from the manufacturer sorta crazy and just a way for them to up charge. My advice stay away and choose another location if you have your own parts.

The excellent manner in which JACKSON GARY performs his duties has not went unnoticed, his initiative and adaptability were persisting tirelessly which means JACKSON GARY is an indefatigable mechanic, one that can work long hours without tiring. I know his applicability of probability were not in question, JACKSON GARY is a definite asset too Family Car Care. Also Fields Ben and Bradley Matt does work at all times expeditiously, this Family Car Care team is delightful, empowering, empathetic, knowledgeable insightful, trusted and respected. Fast, friendly Maintenance shop. We had a vehicle fuel pump fail on us, 2650 km from home. Had us fixed and back on the road within 24 hours. Thanks again!!

The most important thing you can say about a business is "Are the people who own and operate this business good and honest people?" And I can 100% say that is the case with this place. I brought my truck in for some minor work and a mistake made by one of the mechanics caused a much larger issue. I was stranded and had to call a tow to come back to the shop and then the repairs were quite extensive. The owner never hesitated to take accountability for the mistake and make it right by covering my tow costs and the extra repairs needed. Because of that honesty and accountability this place will still get my business as other than this mistake they've always done good work at fair prices, no up-selling, just honest work.

I am from out of town, experienced a vehicle breakdown in Fort Worth, after their closing. Left my vehicle there in front of their shop, overnight with a note, my number, and key in their nightly dropbox. Got a hotel next door. They called me at 7:45 a.m. to pick up my vehicle. Was fixed, up and running before they officially opened at 8:00 a.m. Can't praise this shop enough! Good honest people! Highly recommend!

These guys have consistently made sure I've stayed on the road and taking care of me so well I am so grateful for these guys not only are they down the street from me and have offered me rides to and from the shop if I need it but they haven't charged me an arm and a leg they thoroughly diagnose the issues and make sure the problem is solved every time before I pick up the car I won't ever use another shop as long as I live here

This place is more of a mom and pop auto shop. The shop owner is friendly and they do good work. This location is conveniently located off I35 South across from Miller's brewery. The only downside I see is the inside needs to be updated.

A one service here at this place. The do great work and they are located at a great central location. It’s very easy to find. The staff is friendly and helpful and honest.
