These people are down right crooks! They sold my 22 year old son and his girlfriend a lemon! They didn't even make it home before the car started smoking! Do not purchase anything from them! I plan on sending this to the BBB, horrible customer service and business!

THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE YOU CAN GO! THEY ARE SCANDALOUS AND DECEPTIVE . I purchased a vehicle from them , I requested a carfax an and emissions test . I closed on a a car for 5,500 and the engine light came on the very next day and the car would not accelerate. I took it to AutoZone in O’Reilly AAMCO and Hyundai paying over $300 for a diagnostic test and every mechanic stated that they must have cleared the codes and gave me a fake emissions, because it was no way that that engine should have passed through the car was not drivable after day two I called to request my money back and they stated there was nothing that they could do for me and they are not obligated to return my money because I bought the car as is however that does not account for the fact that they are creating false emissions as well as clearing codes on cars to make them drivable for 24 hours. I hate the fact that I’m in the situation however, God always turns things around in my favor . I would never advise anyone to do business with them ever again they are liars, scammers and they are doing whatever it takes to sell the vehicle they have. It is a lot full of lemons. This facility does not deserve to be in good business. They are absolutely horrible individuals and they plan on doing nothing for you or serving their community in any positive way. I would never advise anyone to purchase a car through Gabriel or Nester Portillo. They sold me a vehicle that put my life and my child’s life at Jeopardy just to make a sale. I would never care about their business or their life. I would never advise anyone to go here. I paid 5,500 for a vehicle that literally stopped on the highway in less than 48 hours . I have nothing good to say about them when they have put my life and my toddlers life in jeopardy. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM.

A true hidden Gem! I have been going to them for over a year for car repairs on my Abarth 500: these guys are fast, professional, friendly and a great value in the Decatur, A+++. I highly recommend them for tires, wheels and car repairs. Once again, an excellent mechanic! A+++

If you patronize this tire shop, especially if you're a female, PLEASE WATCH THESE MEN WHILE THEY REPLACE YOUR TIRE! Charged $60 for a used tire, and an extra $4 for using a debit/credit card. It was an emergency, so I proceeded to allow them to replace my front passenger tire. One of three guys broke two lug nuts off my tire, and told me that I wouldn't be able to make it down the street. They tried to charge me an additional $60 to replace the two screws/lug nuts that THEY BROKE! I explained to the men that if the lug nuts had "cross threaded," they should've been upfront with me and told me that they needed to break two of my lug nuts to get my tire off. Instead, they chose to be DECEPTIVE. After getting the police involved, one of the guys agreed to replace the two screws and lug nuts if, I purchased the parts. No problem. These guys thought because I was a woman, that I didn't know any better or know my vehicle. My daughter was in the car with me. Had I attempted to drive home, which was an hour away, my tire would've came off! If you patronize this tire shop, PLEASE watch them replace your tire. Lesson learned! Know your vehicle ladies! Never using this shop again, emergency or not!

I normally don't write reviews, but this shop really surprised me. Yes the 2 guys were nice and to be honest just a little too nice. Both were flirting something awlful. I just ignored it. A friend recommended this place so, I had a tire that had a nail in it and it was losing air so I needed a new tire, so I bought a used tire and they definitely asked way to much for it. But I had no choice. I had 2 new tires in my truck that I wanted on the front. My back left side tire was fine. Long story short, I asked for balance and front end alignment. I told both guys they could have the wheels from the other tires. Well I was there a very long time, over 2 hours. Anyways I paid and didn't even get a receipt or a computer print out. When I got on the highway my car was pulling so hard to the right. I would of gone right back but it was rush hour and when I got on 285 it was bumper to bumper and I had other priorities. I am going back today. I am very upset because I live 60 miles from this shop. Let's hope they get it right this time. They will see a not so happy customer this time. I want be going back because they should of aligned my car the first time.

Stopped to have a tire repaired. It had two nails in it. They were able to patch one but had to put a plug in the other because of where it was on the tire. It’ll hold me until I can buy two new ones. Quick and friendly service.

The gentleman was prompt and quite courteous. He performed an alignment on my vehicle. Doesn't like credit cards, but will accept. He's pretty quick with the Alignment but the results are not in English. I had to have my personal mechanic explain the results. They speak Spanish here. (I was desperate for an alignment that day).

Vehicle caught on fire during auto repair. This dealer refused to repair the damages. Fire and police department was called. If you have issues with this company contact sos.gov GA Secretary of State and file a complaint. Don’t waste your time with this company.

Was told by another shop that I needed to buy a new (expensive) rim because mine was bent. Brought the car here and in 10 mins the mechanic took the tire off, hammered it back into shape and I was on my way!! Awesome service.

Removed a nail from my tire within 45 minutes of closure. Checked tire pressure of the other tires. Recommended front tire to back at next rotation with reason why. Thank you!

Service was Above and beyond extraordinary... I pulled up in an emergency situation due to a Loud front end popping noise... Helpful and concerned, they Began diagnosing the problem without hesitation... They not only identified the problem but they even took me to autozone to get parts...Walked away spending only $90 for 2 used truck tires ...They treated me like family in my time of need and for that i am forever grateful!

They do excellent service.. honest people with honest price. I have a Alfa Romeo, take 3 different shop for oil change and they will not even do it. This place will do it and tell you go buy your own oil and filter.. other shop quote $180-220, I only paid $80 for oil and filter and they charge me $40 for labor, at end $120! That more then 60% off elsewhere. Thank you, will come back for more service.
