the manager Ray and team were very professional and courteous . I went to have an oil change. I was in and out within a matter of 30 minutes or less. The environment is clean and customer friendly. I will be a continuous customer at this location. As a matter of fact, the manger contact me just to inquire how my car was running; and, mentioned that I felt like something was going on with my Battery (this had nothing to do with them). Manage stated to bring my car, they could check the battery for free. I found out a brand new battery turned out not to be brand new. Thank you so much for extending your customer service. Good customer service can be a rarity; however, this location is bringing it back. Thanks again!!! Linda

Really great experience. The two guys working were very friendly and conversational. Fast service and did not keep me waiting like others I have gone to. In and out and they did not try to sell me things I didn't need. Will be returning with our other 3 vehicles when oil needs changing.

Stay away. Told me there was a problem with my car. Skid plate scraped all up. Bolts stripped. They did it, and tried to blame someone else. Everybody knows the difference between a Torx, and an Allen screw. Used Allen on Torx and stripped it out.

Excellent customer service and I felt totally appreciated with how they were able to accommodate and work with the budget I had in mind to spend, I will be returning here for my oil change, highly recommend this Famous Quick Lube location

Had an oil change done here for my Kia. Week later the car had no oil when I took it to get checked out turns out whoever did my oil change did not tighten my drain plug tight enough. Thanks guys.

Justin and Brad were absolute professionals when explaining needs of my vehicle and did not give the impression of trying to sell more than needed. Will continue to come to them for regular maintenance on my vehicles.

I had a great experience here. I am someone that always takes thier car to the dealership. They way things are these days it takes hours of waiting at the dealership for an oil change. I decided to stop here to get an oil change instead. I pulled in was greeted immediately. They didn't have the correct oil filter. No problem. Brad ran across the street and got one from O'Reilly's. They pulled my car in and started on it immediately. They were professional. Service was fast. Saved Both time and money doing business here. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get thier car serviced. Fast. Friendly and professional.

I just move to the city, ask a few shop around area and they scheduled me at least a day later, just for oil change! Then saw FQL11 across the street while get my drink, decided to try and yet the best & quickest service I’ve experienced.

One of the easiest and quickest oil changes you can get! The place is nice and clean, has a spacious waiting room and the team is so friendly. I noticed that my driver side floor mat was cleaner when I got back in my car than when I'd left it! I appreciate that they must have vacuumed it out when they were finished.

Quick service, nice gentlemen there, everything was explained to us before the car had its oil changed and then went over everything they needed to after. Nice waiting room with a TV and Keurig. We took our 2nd car there, we were so impressed!

Service was prompt. Cody was respectful and service oriented. After completing the oil change, some recommendations were given. I worked for a similar operation in the North East. I observed that he was accurate with what was needed.

Service was quick and easy. Service team took great care of my company vehicle and got me out the door in less than 30 minutes. Even with a stripped oil pan drain bolt, they were able to provide me with a quick oil change and got me back on my way. Thanks guys!

The AC was temporarily out, and Brad was so amazingly kind to bring a fan into the waiting room to help everyone. Keep cool. The customer service that I experienced there was exceptional.

These guys did a wonderful job. Oil change and tire rotation, plus when I asked about changing cabin & engine air filters they went above and beyond to help me out. I definitely recommend you come here. I will be back.
