Jen was on spot. She greeted me within 30 seconds of me pulling up. My car was in the bay oil within 2 minutes. Fast, friendly and a great value. Didn't seem like I was here more than 10 minutes.

It is so hard to find trustworthy automotive places. This is one of the best quick lanes I have ever gone to. The team is friendly and polite. The manager is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! Very knowledgeable and extremely trustworthy! He will be honest about the prices, refer you to a reliable place if their shop cannot work on something, takes care of you with good communication, educating and customer service. He even called to have a new battery sent over from a shop just to make sure I felt comfortable with my battery replacement on my F150 and then called the next day to make sure my truck was running smoothly. I cannot say enough about this automative but I highly recommend them!!!!

A year ago I had given a 5 star rave review of this place. I went in a week ago and found out the same oil change went up by 65% more than last year from $26 with veterans discount to $40 is what the employee told me. I didn't have enough money with me at the time so I came back a week later thinking I would get the $40 conventional oil change with the veterans discount. Another employee was there this morning and he said it would be closer to $50. So you're telling me it went up 100%. This is unacceptable. I will go buy 5qt bottle at Wal-Mart for $18.99 and the filter for $4.99 and do it myself. Shame on Famous Quick Lube for your money hungry practices.

Professional, considerate, skillful and fast. I went here after not getting an oil change for several months and the manager brad immediately stopped the servicing and explained to me the benefits of getting an oil system cleaning. Needless to say I got it.

Howard Johnson, the manager, was so kind to me and my young son. He understood when I said I was on a tight budget and did not try to upsell or shame me like people have done in other shops. The service was fast and thorough. I will be back soon!

I will update my review if anything changes but this was my first time going to this location of Famous Quick Lube and they were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Great service, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and went above and beyond. It’s hard to find trustworthy auto shops. This is one you can trust! Highly recommend!!

Broke transmission due a incorrect fluid and overfilled transmission level on my truck that’s pretty unnecessary and unprofessional now my transmission is squeezing and making sounds and slipping not sure what to do

I just had my very first visit to Famous Quick Lube because I was in the area. I must say I was honestly impressed with their speed, service, and friendliness. Howard Johnson, the manager, came out and greeted me personally. My tech, Brad, was super friendly (and sweaty) and did a great job. I loved that I was allowed to stay in my car and even got my windshield cleaned without asking. My only recommendation is that you have a water cooler for the staff because this is Florida after all! Kudos to Brad and Howard for their exceptional service and please give these men a raise because they were working hard in this heat… and still had smiles! :)

Price is reasonable and service was good, although not quite as quick as competitors, service was complete and more efficient as compared to 5 minute store.

Failed to put skid plate properly on my wife's car. It half fell off and scratched it all up. After much run around then"owner" said he was gonna get a plate from the scrap yard to replace. My business with this place is over. Run yall ru. Away fast

I don't like the fact that I was quoted 79.99 over the phone for an oil change and when I got there after doing my oil it totaled to 107.99 when I asked about it he said shop fees and tax and an extra quart of oil but I told them.about the extra quarty engine takes whem I called and was quoted 79.99 ......that's upsetting and very bad business To tell someone one thing then do another

I just wanted an oil change. Not real serious just an oil change nothing else. I paid $92 for an oil change. Rather than hand me the keys they throw them on the floor of the car. I would not be surprised if the drain plug falls out down the road. You can bet I’ll be back real soon. Yea, right. They took my money without a gun. Oil change for $92 is criminal…

I wish no stars were an option. I don’t understand why we have the hulk himself putting my oil plug and filter back on. I had to call up Brian Shaw (the world’s strongest man) to take the oil filter off and I was on the struggle bus to take my plug out too, I basically had to buy Milwaukee’s newest 1/2 inch impact to get the oil plug out.

In and out and they checked my air filter and cabin filter which they showed me, the cabin filter was disgusting because I park under trees next to my driveway so I get leaves in the spaces around my hood all the time, but I never check that, and it was gross, happy they changed it out

This was a great experience! Everyone on staff went above and beyond to make sure I get everything I needed. They were professional, thorough, knowledgeable, understanding and kind (and still managed to be quick). It was awesome to watch every customer who came in get treated with the same level of kindness and professionalism (which is rare these days). I’ll definitely be back. Thank you again!
