I was calling around to get a reasonable oil change. Out of all the places I called Trey’s customer service skills were hands down the best. He took the time to answer my questions and was so professional while on the call. I went right in. He guided me in the right direction to get the specific oil I would need for my car. Not only was he waiting to greet me as he recalled the make and model, he escorted me into the waiting area. It was clean and welcoming. The staff were also so nice. I sat with some regulars who were loyal customers as well. The service was efficient and friendly all the way around with the team his was with. The staff really made the place shine. I will absolutely come back next time I am back in town!

From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed by the team- Tray,, Howard, and Travis . They immediately got to work, thoroughly explaining everything about my car and guiding me through each step of the process. The service was phenomenal. The team was understanding, compassionate, and kind throughout the entire experience. They even reassured me that no additional work was needed except for a an oil change. I was shocked they didn’t welcome anything else! Highly recommend their exceptional service! I’m coming back!

I am excited to add my review as well . Theae Gentlemen took care of me right away with the ability to provide great customer service. They served me in a positive and friendly manner .I needed to have a FUEL System Service ( A complete Fuel System Service removes dirt, varnish & carbon deposits from the entire fuel system, air intake, valves, injectors & combustion chamber. These naturally occurring deposits hinder overall vehicle performance and accumulate more rapidly in modern engines, commonly causing: Reduced fuel economy) . I was told that my car will drive like new and that was true . My acceleration was greatly improved.

Mr. Howard and another gentleman with a long beard at the southside location have wonderful customer service! They have pride and care in what they do, they are very sweet people that took care of me and my parents.

Very nice experience . Very friendly. Howard was very knowledgeable, with fast service. I have had bad experiences at other places while having my oil changed. So I very leery . About trying a new place. But, Howard was nice and seemed to care about taking care of my car, 15 mins he had completed the service. So my husband took his truck in for an oil change today. Same experience, awesome, when we leaving Howard had already opened the truck door for us, even on the passenger side for me to get in. Thank you. Howard for an awesome experience. And Howard’s Mom you raised him right.

Terrible customer service. Had a groupon and Jason said they don't take them unless it's in the app. That's fine downloaded the app and redeemed the groupon then Jason suddenly said it doesn't work that way it needs to be printed. He said it's a small family owned business but there are at least 10 locations not sure why they aren't able to scan a groupon or why then even use groupon if it doesn't work? My $100 will be spent elsewhere next time

I have MD tag. Maybe that's why the tried to rip me off. I went in to get oil change and asked to check my coolant because the temperature gage was going up and down like crazy. The guy said because of the hot weather it might happen and he will check. After everything done he said coolant is full and clean. How dumb was I. I believed what he said and I found out my coolant is empty today.

Great experience! Travis vacuumed the car while the oil was draining. An unexpected but much appreciated extra. Car was done quickly while I waited. I'll be back

I bought a car and the same day my dad and I took it to this famous quick lube as it is right across the street from our neighborhood. Well, come to find out a month later, they completely screwed us over!!! They told us that they were changing the oil, filter, tire rotation, coolant flushed, transmission fluid flushed, as well as a fuel system treatment, as you can see in the pictures from my shop that I normally use, they didn’t preform but ONE of the services that I was charged for. I have the receipt for everything I was charged for and I will be going back up there as soon as I get done getting my car serviced PROPERLY!!!!!! Very unprofessional and slimy of a “company” especially in today’s economy!!! I will be revisiting the store for a refund of everything I was charged for and wasn’t done.

I have not been to this location but the guy was so helpful in finding me a famous quick lube that I can just pull in and sit in my truck while they work on my oil change. He also was great when the location I went to needed a part, he was available to assist. Great service!

As a young woman, I always worry about being taken advantage of by mechanics. I thought for sure that I would try to be upsold something or told that something was wrong with my car. It was actually the opposite experience, Jason and Randy let me know that I did not need an oil change yet, and they also checked out another issue with my car and told me that it was basically good to go. It’s rare to find honest people like this and I will be coming back in the future and letting others know as well! They could have easily lied and tried to get $, but they were helpful and honest.

Jason and Randy got me in and out in 10 minutes. They use good name brand oil and confirmed proper torque on everything. Very professional. They checked my tire pressures, washed my windows and vacuumed the floor.

Overall a good experience. Didn't like being upsold for premium stuff I didn't really need though. It was not 10 minutes.

I have severe anxiety so simple tasks like getting my oil changed can feel really daunting and impossible at times. Everyone was really kind, explained the process thoroughly, didn’t push me into extra services, and made helpful recommendations for things that will be needed soon. Also super quick and affordable. And they vacuumed my floor mats! Thank you Jason and everyone else who helped!

These guys do a phenomenal job, very thorough, quick, and easy going vibes. Jason was running the show and he is as cool as they come. Great work, good service. I'll be back. I'll post a couple pics next time. Update: took my truck in this time. Same great service, same friendly demeanor, same quality work, fairly priced. I have to say, these guys are very good at what they do. Be good to your vehicles, take them to Famous QuickLube on Southside Boulevard.

They didn't tighten a cap after my oil change which led me to lose 3/4th of my oil in 9 days. DO NOT GO HERE

You do not have a basic key for the Mercedes Benz oil filter. This is a failure.
