This place is awesome. I went for the first time a few weeks ago to get an oil change and there were a few other things wrong with my car that I wasn’t aware of. Tray was super knowledgeable and explained everything to me and was extremely fast too! My car runs way better after the service. Tray and Jacob were great. This is my new car service place for sure. Super nice and competent dudes work here 10/10

If you have a fleet vehicle and you're in a rush. I don't recommend this place. After the oil change. I was told I can't leave until the fleet sent a PO. Never happens in valvoline stations. First and last time I go to these. Also forced out of the car, which doesn't happen at valvoline either. At valvoline you just go, pull in, they scan, oil change and leave right away. No getting out, no extra waiting, no staying until a PO is issued.

The key phrase here is "customer service." I have decided to make this place my go-to shop for my aging Honda Civic. Zach is awesome, he really shoots you straight and takes care of you. You can't go wrong when you have good people managing your store. My car runs like a dream and I am thoroughly impressed with this place. Highly recommend!

dont recommend this store actual manager or leader store is not professional and clearly he don't follow the maintenance instructions or procedures after paid for my oil change he said you're done and then i just ask him to check the oil level and he don't filed my engine and "i was ready to ride" had to check the oil by myself and then tell him he was not right at this point feeling unsafe to service my car here

This was the worst experience I've had with the company. My check engine light came on after my service was completed and engine was running odd. I drove back to the location on Sunbeam and when I told the technician my car was running worse than before, he said he would take care of it. When he got the keys, I thought he would drive up to the service spot. Nope, He DROVE OFF down the street to clear out the 'dirty engine fuel'. I will never come back to this company since they have employees that try to upcharge services and have terrible customer service.

If restaurant can get Michelin Stars, Famous Quick Lube#8 deserves to get it for their famous service. I called earlier today and after 15 minutes, I was at the shop. They guy who take care of my care greeted me nicely with enthusiam. Then when I went inside the shop, Chris also greeted me with great energy. The shop got good vibes and deserved my long review. I saw some services in their menu and I asked Chris. He honestly gave his expert opinion. He said that my car don't need it or my car only need it for certain milage and my transmission oil still look good. Next time I knew, my car is ready. It's better than McDonald drive thru. It's like you just get in and then your out already coz your car is ready. They should rebrand to IN and OUT Quick Lube :) That was superfast service. I'm pretty sure coming back again to this place. To the management, your team deserves all paid 7 Day Cruise, bonuses and extra paid time off. Without your awesome team, I won't be giving 5 star. My experience with your whole team was superb. Please continue supporting this shop coz we need more shop like this that provide honest and an awesome service. Thank you.

My experience with Howard at the Sunbeam location was outstanding! He's top notch when it comes to dealing with customers and addressing their questions and concerns. After talking with Howard and listening to what he had to say, I felt confident with my car in his care. I can tell you that feeling doesn't come easy for me either. He definitely earned a customer today. This guy is what's right about this type of service! Thank you Howard and team.

*SCAMMED* My wife took our 2 year old Chevrolet truck here a few months back for an oil change and told her she needed all this stuff done which she didn’t do. They charged $125.00 for this oil change, and a month later I was getting “low oil light”… checked it and there was hardly no oil in there which means they clearly charged her for the full oil change but didn’t fill it up as they should. Yesterday we went back to same one to explain situation and to get oil changed hoping this time they would fix situation. Ended up telling us we needed the rear diff serviced for an extra $130 and that it needed to be done immediately. Decided to leave and take it straight down to RPM over night for them to actually take a look, they just called us and said it looks perfectly fine and nothing is wrong with it and told us to QUIT GOING TO THESE PLACES!!!!!! They are just scamming you for your money and ruining your vehicles. My wife knows now to only take our truck to a reliable service place as RPM and to not drive up to these little places ran by people who don’t take pride in their job. I’m disgusted.

Okay y'all, I've had A LOT of bad luck at some of the smaller oil change spots around Jacksonville, but let me tell you something right now: Zach the manager here at this location is not only professional, he is also someone who will not give you the run around about what your vehicle needs. Even if he can't personally repair something on your vehicle, he will point you in the right direction of someone who does said repair. I'm very satisfied with the service I received while getting my vans oil change, and will be back within the next month for the other recommended services due for my van!!
