I towed my Nissan Juke to this place after the wheel axel broke off when i was backing away from my driveway i highly recommend this place! They had the part already in shop and had my car ready that same day !!!

Carlos and his team took care of my Jeep Grand Cherokee in a day when I needed some pretty significant work done. Fair price, great communication and awesome guy. Veteran friendly too, 100% my go to mechanic in El Paso.

I took my car to Carlos after being recommended to go to him by a nearby AutoZone. He worked diligently on my vehicle. Even though the issue was something he was initially unfamiliar with, he worked hard to familiarize himself with it. While my car couldn’t be fixed by Carlos, he helped me in more ways than one! To make a long story short, the issue has to be handled by the dealership. Carlos even took the car to the dealership for me and brought me home when needed! Carlos and Far East Automotive helped me during an extremely stressful time, and I’m very thankful for his help and dedication.

Very fast and professional service. They replaced my radiator in no time. Reasonable prices,too. We have been going to Carlos for years!!! All of our vehicle issues have been taken care of by him and his team. We have peace of mind taking our vehicles there!!

All these people saying great things and giving this shop 5 stars are family and friends of this con-artist. If it sounds to good to be true chances are , its one of the worst places . My personal experience with this fellow individual was pretty disappointing. Found out he buys the parts at junkyards cleans them , and then spray paints them to charge them to you like new. With a fake receipt btw. Just giving everyone a heads up . Prices are ridiculously high. Carlos is a very dishonest person.

In and out service didn't have to wait long at all. Fair priced not like other places he even gave me advice on what to look for if i have any problems . a honest mechanic is very hard to find nowadays i had a good experience and will most def be back for anything else my car needs
