This dude hung up on me rather than answer my question, rude customer service is never a good look. Literally I asked "hi do you have an oil change spot available tomorrow" and he hung up without a word

Chip and Matt are AMAZING! They have been my go to for mechanical issues for the past 3 years and they never disappoint. I was in a pinch this morning and needed an emergency repair done on my car. Chip was upfront about the possibility of not getting it completed today, but he assured me they would do their best, and that is exactly what they did! He and Matt were able to squeeze me in to get the full job completed so I wouldn't be without my ride. HUGE thank you to both of you! Anyone needing mechanical work, look no further. Great service at an affordable price!

I had a radiator go out in my car. They got me in at 3:00 pm and I was back on the road a little after 5:00 pm. Both men were very courteous and polite. I would use them again if I was in TN again.

Matt is the best mechanic in town hands down! He guarantees his work and he takes the time to explain everything to you. Chip is very knowledgeable and friendly. I refuse to let anyone else touch my vehicles! Highly recommend!

I’ve had horrible luck in the past with auto repair shops. Tried my luck with FAS and was very happy with the service. They kept me updated the whole time they had my car. The price was fair and the work was thorough. Very happy with the outcome and I would DEF go back for future repairs

The previous owner and manager Tim is no longer here. This place is under new ownership. This place resells auto parts at undisclosed (in my case 55% overcharge) to you mark up and charges extra (25$ in my case) for labour. I had to dispute fake charges on my credit card for the merchant known as Fennel and Sons. Beware!!!

David Stanley again. Had my truck worked on today about stalling problems and brake issues. They had the problems solved in just a few hours. Recommend the staff highly. Good communication and positive results. Will be back! No shops around that are affordable anymore.

Great service at a very fair price! Chip, Shell and the mechanic were all very friendly and offered great customer service. Will definitely be returning for any service needed in the future. Our family felt as if we had been coming to them for years... 😌 (P.S. Shell, the cheddar rounds were amazing! Thanks for the recommendation 😅)
