I had my van go in with them for a transmission repair in early April and they told me it needed a new transmission. I shelved out $2k and got a replaced transmission which also gave out on me the same day I got it out. I had the mechanic drive it and even he noticed there was something still wrong with it. I then had to wait again until they found another transmission, which they finally did and it seemed to be working. Fast forward to now, I took my van in for routine maintenance to another mechanic and they told me that they can tell within the last month that somebody mistakenly put a hole in my transmission plate and tried to patch it up horribly, causing my transmission fluid to leak out and give me more issues with the van. Guess who did maintenance on my van within the past month? Yep, it was Fast Auto Mechanic! So they punctured a hole in my plate while fixing my transmission and tried to patch it up which didn’t work! I am, at this current moment, trying to get in touch with them to replace my plate that THEY damaged and their phone never works. I mean NEVER! All of this money you are getting from working on cars and you can’t get a decent working phone line??? They are highly unprofessional, and they run as if they are doing this as a side hustle and not as a true business. Even the way they do things are quite dinosaur. Overall, even though their prices may tempt you, please go elsewhere! If you do decide to get services from them, just know you will get what you paid for, cheap low quality services teamed up with unprofessionalism. *Update* After taking it to another mechanic, they showed me that Fast Auto Mechanic never fixed the issue of my transmission and it has been leaking like a faucet! You still aren’t able to get in touch with them by phone and this is the 3rd time I have to deal with them over my transmission. Horrible business and I know for a fact my transmission better get fixed by them without having to pay since they took my money and never solved the issue.

The owner and workers are super nice people. They do good work and at a very reasonable price. Definitely coming back here!

I had to search for 2 years to find a mechanic in this town that was good, but it was worth it. The take me at a moments notice, they are fast, reliable, and understand that I use my car is a work tool not just transportation...

Replaced 2 major parts and the next day the car was dead. Had it towed back and charged me again to replace the same part!!!!

The mechanics there are fast and thorough. They are there to fix your problems not nickel and dime you. The staff all around is just very knowledgeable. It is also a very family oriented place I caught a glimpse of them all eating dinner together and they still finished my car in a few hours. Greatly recommended
