Experiencia de TERROR ! lleve mi pickup a que le cambien una cruceta qué hacía un pequeño ruido y cambio de aceite , dejaron el tapón del aceite sin ajustar , perdió 4 cuartos de aceite casi fundó el carro , si es que no se fundió, y a la semana se cayo el cardan donde va la cruceta en una calle de tierra en west P.B. eso fue mucha suerte para mi ya que en 10 minutos debería haber estado en I95 , donde seguramente no la cuento , además de que podría haber matado a varios en el accidente, No se hicieron cargo, ahora traje el carro a un taller serio cuesta más de 3 mil dolares arreglar las piezas que se doblaron , lo bueno es que salí vivo de mi experiencia con Fast auto service , pero tal ves tu no tengas tanta suerte ... TERROR experience! take my pickup to have a crosshead changed which made a small noise and change of oil, left the oil plug unfitted, lost 4 quarters of oil almost founded the car, if it did not melt, and a week the cardan where the crosshead goes on a dirt street in west P. B. that was a lot of luck for me since in 10 minutes it should have been in I95, where surely I do not tell it, in addition to that I could have killed several in the accident, I did not know. They took over, now I brought the car to a serious workshop it costs more than $3,000 to fix the parts that were folded, the good thing is that I came out alive from my experience with Fast auto service, but maybe you're not so lucky...

I took my car to this shop because it stopped working right down the road from them. These guys are crooks. Aside from overcharging for work, they quoted me $280, which was overpriced but being that I would’ve had to pay for a tow to my actual shop, I decided it was better to pay the inflated price. I sent my wife to pay and pick up the car, and the owner Henry told her it was going to be $315 but settled for $300. After taking the additional money, they then try to charge an additional $560 to “change” the “cylinders.” Lol This shop is not honest and I would strongly advise people who are not familiar with mechanical work on cars, to stay clear from this establishment.

They charged me $35 dollars just to use a car jack to lift my car and tell me I had to replace my tire which I already knew coming in. Also were charging $60 more for the tires than I was quoted at Tire Plus a mile away. I came here since I was across the street when my tire started making noises but would not recommend coming here.

They were willing and ready to look for the problem and give me an honest and fair quote for a burst radiator pipe where it attached to the engine block. It was late in the day, and they tried to get the part in. Nonetheless, it was ready by 9 am the next day. Place of business was easy to find. Thank you!

Been to this spot for tire changes and oil services many times over the years with great prices and quick turn around times. When our radiator started leaking, we called to see if they could fix it. They quoted us a great fair price and had our radiator shiny brand new and car back to us within 2.5 hours...right before a busy holiday weekend. The owner (I assume he is) is there and very hands on. He is friendly, speaks both English and Spanish and never gives the runaround. There's never any unnecessary recommendations for other work on the car. Just the work you came in for, no price gouging and great service. Highly recommend

On or about January 11, 2024, I took my 2019 Lincoln MKZ for an oil change and tire rotation to Fast Auto Service, Inc., located at 11650 Biscayne BLVD Miami, Florida 33181. I dropped off my car before 9am and was told by Henry Funez (owner) that my car would be ready for pick up before noon. When I returned to Fast Auto Service, my car appeared to be ready. I confirmed with the mechanic who had worked on my car (John Doe who is still currently employed by Fast Auto Service); he told me the car was ready. I paid my bill and was returned my keys. All of a sudden and without any warning, as I drove away from the shop (approximately 500 yards away from Fast Auto Service) the front driver’s side wheel came off the car. My car came crashing down onto the street causing me to lose control of the car as it slid to a stop in a ditch on the side of the road. When the wheel fell off, there was substantial damage to the fender, door, bumper, rim, and alignment of my Lincoln MKZ. As I arrived back to Fast Auto Service, Henry was on his way back out to greet me. He was very apologetic. He told me that his mechanic (John Doe) was in a hurry to finish with my car because it was his lunch break. He told me that he scolded him and intended to terminate John Doe for his carelessness. Fast Auto Service is refusing to pay for the damages to my car and my bodily injures.

I went there twice for a oil change and tire replacement they overcharged me the amount which was owed on my debit card ; when I asked why I was told because I didn't pay CASH..☹️ never again "CONS"..

I have been a customer for a couple of years, until they started treating me like I was stupid. I brought my car with an abs alarm. They wanted to charge me $2,700 for parts and labor. The parts were $135 x 4. When I called to say I would provide the parts they said it would cost $880 labor. I called another shop and they have replaced all four wheel sensors for $900. Parts and labor. They just lost another customer.

Cambie aceite una vez por apuró!! Porque normalmente lo hago yo para evitar este tipo de problemas y acabo de percatarme hoy que estos patanes por no referirme de otra forma colocaron menos aceite en mi bmw 128i y nunca hubo un cambio de filtro de aceite !!! Pésimo servicio

I had a great experience repairing a minor bump on my vehicle, Leo “el cubano” took care of it and fixed it carefully and fast. Everyone very friendly and professional. I recommend this place with no doubt.

I needed a break change and I went to this place because of my parents. When I got there the guy that was working on my car didn’t speak no English which was cool with me but the whole time I have a gut feeling that something was wrong on the passenger side, I ain’t really make a big deal of it but after he was done putting on my break he did not test drive my car so I just left and the next day I’m going to work I almost got in to a car accident because the breaks was hard after I turn under the lights so I hit the side of the road to I won’t hit the two cars that was in the turning lane. So I went to the shop and show the manager and told him what happened he told me to bring the car in after I had it at a shop already I said okay so I’m waiting for him the whole day told me the guy from the tow truck was gonna pick up never happen so I called he said someone going to pick up the car 24 hours later second guy never came now I have to get my car fix on my own because he didn’t send someone to pick up the car. I went to the shop he was yelling, cursing telling me idc you bring the car here etc. now I have to pay and get my car fixed

Stay away from this place. Unethical, cursing and violent! Had to call police !Read other reviews and you will see it’s a pattern. Even business around call him a jerk and that many customer call police and complain I had an oil change done, first time I tried them, which ended up leaking all over - went to my dealer, they wrote up paperwork to say - Fast Auto Service never put a new filter.. recommended I get a refund - when I went back to this place I told the owner- he called the dealer and me a liar. when I offered that he can talk to them I was Cursed out and physically grabbed and pushed . Wish I had recorded it! Stay away !!
