My Lexus hit a rock and damaged lower front bumper. I was glad to have found this body shop to take on the repairs. The repairs were fantastic and the communication was outstanding. Thank you for the prompt repairs. My truck won’t start and was failing. I had it towed to Fast Collision Center for diagnostics. I told them that I need the truck for work and that I will be unemployed without it. Michael was able to take it on the fly. He was able to diagnose and replaced the starter and had my Ford F-150 running the next day. You have my business for life. Thank you.

Getting into a car accident can be stressful but thank goodness for this place. I took my model Y here after my accident and the entire process was very smooth. The staff here are very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to dealing with auto insurance. Everything was done in a timely matter with clear communication.

Good service with reasonable price. They saved me nearly half of the repair bill if going to the dealer's service center of my expired-warranty car. We had a minor dent in a front fender of one of our cars. I brought the car in for an estimate, and Vinny, the service manager, came up with a reasonable figure. We agreed to bring the car in a few weeks later when we were going out of town and didn't need it. We agreed, via text, on Tuesday February 13. It would take 3 days. I brought the car in as we had agreed. Vinny wasn' there, but another manager took the car in. When we came back 3 days later: the car was sitting on a back lot there. Nothing had been done. When I spoke to Vinny he was rude and defensive, and took no responsibility for their error. There are lots of body shops in Oakland. You can do much better than this one. It's not so much the error of omission as the rudeness and failure to take any responsibility.

Whomever said they were excellent it was rather a different staff or owner the current team are scammers I had to point out several things in my estimate that was not needed or over priced. I feel like they took advantage because I’m a woman and a black woman at that. After being ripped off for years I take it upon myself to really research my car issues and make myself knowledgeable. After they removed the added cost my car still has the same issue. Then they blames it on me that they told me it may or may not work and I would never agree to that! My cousin went there and they did him the same way over priced and the the problem came back two days later. Please save your self the stress and your money don’t Patron went them.

They replaced my Tesla ball join very quickly, like brand new and back window after getting bipped. It was easy and convenient. I would definitely come back.

Ron Nguyen did an amazing job on the dents that were in my car. It was done not only professionally but quick! It took him less than 4 days. Not only did I get my car back but got my car detailed so it felt like new again! I highly recommend Fast Collision!

You are in good hands with Fast Collision Center. After my experience, this is the shop that I would recommend to my friends and family. They’re a little shop with the Bruce Lee mural. Can’t miss it. I was helped by Vinny. He coordinated all my vehicle repair with AAA. He kept me in the loop. His whole team went above and beyond with customer service and work quality. You would never guess how wrecked the car was before by the time I picked it up. Like the name, they are fast! You know they will get the job done and treat you like VIP👍

Stopped by to get an estimate on a side view mirror replacement for my vehicle. They came out promptly and initiated the process. Explained that it would be a few minutes while they gathered information needed. Well, come to find out, my side view mirror is on back order for 3 months. The lady took my email and explained that additional research needed to be done. Within an hour, she was able to find a replacement and emailed to quote to me! I appreciate the dedication and effort on their behalf to expedite my request!

Underpromises and overdelivers. I had a minor car accident while on a road trip vacation in California, and requested that just enough repairs be done that I can get home to do the full repair there. Fast Collision Center initially quoted the repair at a few hundred dollars, but was able to do the repair at less than 20% of the initial estimate. Both I and the car were able to make it back home in one piece. Dr. Quan was very meticulous in his investigation for the initial estimate, and Ron showed that he cared about the well being of his customers.
