Excellent Service! Fast Lane has some of the most professional and transparent guys in the business. My questions were answered honestly and they were very communicative throughout the entire process. The prices they provided was very reasonable, and the service was quick and exceptional. I would recommend coming here if you're in the Orlando area. I know that I'll be coming back.

I love this place. They're very efficient and honest about what work needs to be done on your car. Love the atmosphere. It's very peaceful and the staff is very friendly and helpful! They also have coffee and snacks in a pretty waiting room 😊

I got an unexpected call right before lunch, Ryan tells me my van is ready and it brightened up my day. He changed out the transmission that I destroyed and check my brakes because I asked him and also gave me a hell of a tuneup. it’s almost like I’m driving a brand new van. I’m so happy.

"I can't say enough good things about Fastlane in Orlando. After taking my car to five different mechanics, including shops and mobile mechanics, I was so relieved to finally find Fastlane—especially with Hurricane Milton approaching. They got me in quickly and got me out safely, all while going above and beyond to help me with financing. The financing option was a lifesaver, and their customer service was truly top-notch. You can tell they genuinely love what they do, and it shows in how they treat their customers. After two months of bouncing from mechanic to mechanic, Fastlane turned my nightmare around. I’ll only be bringing my car to them from now on, even if it means driving all the way to Orlando. It feels amazing to have my car back on the road, the AC working again, and to finally have peace of mind. Five stars, highly recommend!"

10/31: Had to lower my rating after wasting time & money on an inspection that they got wrong. 2 other shops double checked my suspension system (w/o charging me) & both stated it wasn't the wheel bearings as initially diagnosed by Fast Lane, but instead my struts & sway links. They even showed me that there was 0 play with the bearings but there was with the sway links & how the struts are worn, which that is more sufficient with the sounds I'm hearing when driving. After replacing the parts, no more sounds & a smooth drive. Don't think I'll be using Fast Lane again to diagnose a problem. Friendly, helpful, & fast service. Also love that they're conveniently close by. Ariel & Alex were great & so was the rest of the team. I'm really glad that I chose this location to do my repairs.

AMAZING!!! I recently visited Fast Lane Automotive for an oil change after hearing reviews from my mom and brother. I couldn’t be more impressed. Scheduling an appointment was incredibly easy, and the staff was professional and punctual. The pricing was fair, and the quality of service provided by Shawn Coughlin was exceptional. I want to Thank Alex and John for your hard work and communication . For not giving up on my son's car even when I did . It's took some time but they fould the problem and fixed my son BMW I am so grateful for everything from the bottom of my heart. I would I will recommend this place so anyone that has a BMW or any other car because they will work hard to fix your car

I went down to orlando almost 3hrs away from home. My van starter went out so i had it towed to this shop. I was charge 1000.00 dollars for a starter and battery. Paperwork says it took 3-4 hrs to replace a startet and battery which Paperwork stated took almost an hr to do just the battery. I have a tracking system on my vechiles and it was in the shop for a little over an hr. I had to pay for the service but will not be going back as i was taken advantage of because i was out of town and couldnt do much about it. Find it really hard that its 1000.00 dollars for such a small repair. When i got the van back in town and took it to another place it would have been half the price to do that work. I mean almost 1 hr of labor to change a battery IS JUST CRAZY, when we just took the battery to auto store and everything check out fine with.

They are absolutely amazing here. Being a women having car issues I get so nervous having to take my car in with the fear of being taken advantage of but everyone here has been so helpful and honest from the start. They walk me through everything and make sure I’m ok with everything before moving forward. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

AMAZING experience! The customer service was incredible! Customer communication was awesome, very informative, and very nice. My car had to get towed there and from the second it arrived the team informed me of everything they found wrong. They have a system where they take pictures/videos of everything and also track all the work and finances associated with it. They are quick to answer any messages and to provide an update. I will 10000% be going there in the future for any of my car needs.

Decided to check them out based on a mailing I received and I will definitely be using them for future oil changes. The check in process was simple and fast. The employees were friendly and communicative. The price was reasonable when compared to similar places in the area. The waiting area was roomy and had nice amenities. It is nice that the waiting area isn't right by the main counter so you don't have to hear the phone ringing and the conversations, as I did experience at other places nearby. Also, I like that you can see the garage area/your car as it is being worked on. The reason it wasn't 5 stars is because I specifically asked about how long it would take when I first called and was told about 45 mins to an hour, so I made an appt for a particular time. Upon arriving at my appt time, I was told it would be about an hour and a half because they had 2 walk-ins arrive right before me. Luckily, I had allowed myself a couple hours before I needed to be at work but it still would have been nice to know my reservation time was honored before walk-ins.

I don't recommend this place, when they serve you in English, they do so contemptuously. (09/23/2023). In addition to the high costs, they damaged a part inside the vehicle, and it took 2 months to replace it. The replacement part was broken and stained with paint when they gave me the replacement part. His response was that you can't get parts in good condition (unbelievable) so I was left with the replacement part that was broken and in worse condition than my vehicle was in before I took it to this place. TOTAL disappointment!!! After 1 year, my vehicle was like this. I never had a solution and of course, I never went back to FASTLANE. Fortunately, I found other places where I have been able to get my cars serviced. Definitely, trust and good service are not found everywhere.
