Shout out to Richard and the techs for the excellent experience at this shop. They know their craft and very transparent. Pulled me in after inspection of oil leaks and pinpointed the exact discrepancies, plus other issues. Service was great, Richard and Robbie kept me updated on how things were going throughout the repairs and when servicing was completed. After looking at the quality of work, safe to say I trust them with my car.

Amazing and excellent service. I had a nail in my tire, that AL, patched in about 10 minutes, and then said dont worry about paying him. Very stand up guy, with great customer service. I will certainly be back for my next tire or wheel related issue.

I had the rear brakes changed as they were worn out. After about a week I noticed a slight noise again. After checking it out they said that there were some issues with parts used and not only that they found issues with the front that were replaced about 2 years ago. So they replaced all the brakes under warranty. How great is that. Thank you Fast Lane for your excellent service. 5 Stars !!!

Excellent Service! Fast Lane has some of the most professional and transparent guys in the business. My questions were answered honestly and they were very communicative throughout the entire process. The prices they provided was very reasonable, and the service was quick and exceptional. I would recommend coming here if you're in the Orlando area. I know that I'll be coming back.

I got an unexpected call right before lunch, Ryan tells me my van is ready and it brightened up my day. He changed out the transmission that I destroyed and check my brakes because I asked him and also gave me a hell of a tuneup. it’s almost like I’m driving a brand new van. I’m so happy.

10/31: Had to lower my rating after wasting time & money on an inspection that they got wrong. 2 other shops double checked my suspension system (w/o charging me) & both stated it wasn't the wheel bearings as initially diagnosed by Fast Lane, but instead my struts & sway links. They even showed me that there was 0 play with the bearings but there was with the sway links & how the struts are worn, which that is more sufficient with the sounds I'm hearing when driving. After replacing the parts, no more sounds & a smooth drive. Don't think I'll be using Fast Lane again to diagnose a problem. Friendly, helpful, & fast service. Also love that they're conveniently close by. Ariel & Alex were great & so was the rest of the team. I'm really glad that I chose this location to do my repairs.
