I went in yesterday to get a routine oil change and this man went above and beyond. I had a small hole in my pcv valve and he fixed it for free no questions asked. Today I walked out to my car after work and had a decent sized pool of oil under my car. Of course I thought that maybe it was something caused by the service I received the day before, so I called the owner and explained my situation. Immediately he asked where I was and how to get there. He showed up within 20 minutes of my call and diagnosed the problem as a oil sensor gone bad. He went back to his store to grab the part and his tools and came back and fixed it immediately. Who does that anymore these days? The owner of Fast Lane Lube Center, that's who. Thanks again to the owner as well as his father for going above and beyond on something that was not even their fault. Forget all the automotive shops in Louisville, take your vehicle to these guys. Hands down the best service you could ever ask for! Thanks again fellas for everything!!

Just stopped by Fastlane Lube Center for an oil change on my 2013 Chevy Sonic and wow, these guys are awesome! Super honest and straight-up about everything. They took the time to walk me through what they were doing and made sure I got it all. It's so cool to find a spot that's not just about great car service, but also about being real and friendly with their customers. Totally recommend this place if you’re looking for trustworthy and top-notch service.

Had a small nail in my rear passenger tire, went there a they got the nail out, a plugged it a then put air In all four tires, and it only cost $15.89

They changed my oil. Friendly service. Wasn't super fast but I felt comfortable with them which is way better than most pull through oil change places.

Didn’t even ask what kind of oil change I wanted just asked me mileage and walked away. I asked him myself to make sure it was oil I needed. Didn’t check any lights, air pressure or any other fluids. I had to clear out maintenance light myself because he didn’t know how. Now I have to go get my tires pressure fixed somewhere else. I would rather pay more at dealership and know everything is actually being done than pay 80 for a half a$$ job being done.

Got my oil changed, about 3 weeks later my oil light began to ding at me while at red lights and 2 days later the engine light came on. Took my car to my regular mechanic and was advised the filter wasn’t changed and the oil didn’t look like it was either. The filter came out in pieces. NEVER take your car here.

jesse is a good fair guy..... and he is thorough with his work..... my entire family goes to him so i think that says enough. he does work by himself for now tho so expect to be chillin for a min if someone is in front of you
